Great People and Great Service 1/27/2012

G&S Installed a heat pump and updated propane heater. They have also done electrical work, garage lighting and plugs and indoor dimmers. Companies are overlooked when things go well, they are set apart when things go wrong and they are there 150%! Everything about G&S has been a great experience and when it appeared our Heat Pump was a ""lemon"" from Lennox they went to the dealer to negotiate installation of a brand new one and worked with us to keep the installation cost at a minimum. Jeremy at G&S is an outstanding employee, we hope he is there forever! We will forever be a customer of G&S. more

Scheduling an appointment was quick and I was assured a tech would be out same day. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He cleaned up after himself and completed the job in a short period of time. more

Love the furnance 11/1/2011

Heating our house with wood for 30years ,I have to say since we had our furnace installed , we have not heated by wood since. and have not even had to activate the supplemental heating elements in the computer. more

We want to extend our sincere gratitude to Jack and the whole team for treating our recent surprise heating system failure with concern for our welfare such as I have not experienced before from any business. Our heat pump outdoor unit gave up the ghost after a short 6 year stint. The initial solution appeared to require the replacement of the entire system due to the industry changing from R-22 to R410A. However, Jack was able to locate a new R-22 compatible outdoor unit which he was able to donate to our cause, reducing our out of pocket expenses to just installation labor alone. more
