color blind or what? 12/2/2011

Went in at 1pm for blonde highlights by the time I left the salon it was 10pm and I had a flight to catch in the morning. The stylist really messed up my color and my scalp was chemically fried. The stylist had to call in a senior stylist that tried to fix the disaster..that was last January. I was told that this salon had new stylists so I decided to try. Real simple...so I thought...blonde highlights/color. The color was orange on the roots ... The stylist pulled the color off the client card from last January. I don't understand I have gone to several other Aveda salon's and have had wonderful outcomes. I love the product line of this company...I just wish I could find someone who can do color...it will take months again to get my hair back to what it was prior to this last appointment. Relaxed and Ready to Go! 11/27/2011

My sister-in-law and I recently went to Fusion for our annual Thanksgiving Holiday massage. We were completely relaxed when we left. My daughter joined us for the first time, and she was very excited about getting a massage. Our massage therapist did an awesome job and we have already purchased our certificates for next year. The rest of the staff was also very nice and extremely helpful! Thank You!! more

Lindsey exceeded my expectations 11/1/2011

I really went in having no idea what I wanted to do with my hair. I didn't know what color or how I even wanted it to look, honestly. It had been several months since I had gotten my hair done so I was a little nervous.. I don't know how Lindsey knew what I was trying to describe because I was confusing myself, but she talked me thru a cut, style, and added a beautiful touch of highlights and I could not have left happier. Already set my next appointment up with her. Thank you for your patience and I look forward to my next visit! more

Very upsetting 11/1/2011

I usually get good service but this last visit was not so good. I asked for a 1 inch cut and she cut over 3 inches. My hair is uneven, and she did some weird different cut because the ends look like they already need to be trimmed and it's only been a couple of days since she cut it. Not something i needed right now since this was my last cut before my wedding day!! more

Fusion Experience 10/28/2011

My overall experience was okay. I didn't like the way I had to carry all of my belongings from one room to another. A locker should have been provided. My mother was having a service done as well and felt that having to carry her stuff arond was inconvenient. Also,while I was getting my massage all I could hear was the loud ticking of the clock!! It was so loud & annoying. Why would you ever place a clock in there? Use a silent digital one. more

Brought in a friend and we were both pampered with a deep conditioning treatment as well as shampoo and style. I've never been anywhere that massages your hands when you go in to have your hair done. more

Wonderful mini escape! 9/28/2011

Thank you for a fabulous mini escape! I was in desperate need of a small diversion and took advantage of your wonderful BFF offer. As working Moms, my lifelong friend and I enjoyed the short time we had together in your salon. Tommie was amazing and I can't wait to go back for another deep conditioning treatment! I also look forward to a day when I can extend my stay to include a massage, facial, mani/pedi!! Thank you for the short (but much needed) hour of pampering! more

1st trip...great surprise gift card! 7/19/2011

Would have scheduled things better. My haircut was before my massage.....so I walked out with oily hair. Both of the services were great though. But my hair was messy when I left. Great haircut and wonderful massage. more
