Recently started using schoolloop.com, which is an amazing tool for keeping parents and students up-to-date about what is going on in class. This school district is not overly competitive, but it does a good job of preparing students for college. It is expensive to live in the area for these schools but it is well worth the money. more

Costly, but worth it. 8/3/2005

I went to Lynbrook High School from 2000-2004, and I can say they offer quality education that is well worth it. More than 45 people applied for University of California Berkeley, and got accepted, thanks to our rigorous work ethics that we have picked up from great education. The area around the school is costly because the Fremont Union High School is top notch, but it’s worth it in the long run. more

I have actually been part of this school district myself. I wasn't totally crazy about it, but it does the job. I have seen better schools in thebay area, but if you compare this one to others in the country or in the state, you will be quite happy with it. The teachers don't get too personal with the students, but if a student is struggling help is always available. The school district IS packed so they recently had to re-register all of the students to make sure that they idead lived within the district. Those with different addresses were asked to leave the school. more
