What I liked most about being in Freedom Debt Relief?s program was their amazing client service staff. They helped my wife and I through the toughest financial and emotionally trying times of our lives. I especially want to thank the FDR L.A.R.U. team, who stepped in and got one collector, who was just horrendous, off our backs. (FDR?s L.A.R.U. department is staffed with specialists who help clients with overly aggressive creditors.) We loved that, unlike many companies out there, FDR didn?t rely on some ""outsourced,"" over-seas call center to handle their customer services. When you call them, you will always get one of their in-house U.S. professionals! I was truly amazed at the level of knowledge and expertise their agents had. And they were always so polite and friendly ? I never once encountered a ?do I really have to explain and/or solve this for you? kind of attitude. If they didn?t have an answer right then and there, I would get a call or email the next day with what I needed. Over my 2 years in with them, I really got to know several people there, and their support meant the world to me and my wife as we crawled our way back from the brink of bankruptcy (caused because my insurance refused to cover a certain illness ? but that?s another story). Needless to say, I wasn?t surprise when I read in San Francisco Business Journal that they have been named to several ?Best Places to Work"" & ?Top Companies? lists in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley area, where they are located. I always figured FDR must be great place to work because their people were always so friendly and they didn?t seem to have any turnover at all. The agents we dealt with were there throughout our program?s duration. Still, with the likes of Google, Apple and all those other legendary employee-friendly hi-tech companies headquarter in the area as well, it?s really quite an accomplishment to make such ?Best of"" lists. Freedom Debt Relief, a division of Freedom Financial Network helped my aunt out of $35,000 in credit card debt. She signed up in January of 2007 and is almost done with the program. FDR has resolved 9 of her 11 cards and she will be completely debt free in a few months. FDR was able to cut her monthly payments by half and negotiated on her behalf with her creditors. It wasn't a totally painless program; she had to deal with creditor calls and her credit has been affected, BUT once she is debt free she will have a clean slate! first i was very scared especially in todays economy but i found stacy and she was amazing..took her time with no pressure and explained not only this program but others. thank you freedom!!! and thank you stacy your GREAT!! Pros: very educated..very friendly Cons: havent found one yet more

These people may very well harm you financially. there are many other companies out there who perform similar services. Don't risk it with these guys. If you are in financial trouble, these guys will make it worse because you have to pay them for their services but they won't ever help you financially. They are thumbs down. Watch out for this company-they will screw you over. The debt consultants are idoits that are high school drop outs and they don't have social skills as a matter of fact justt plain lazy and should go back to school. There is on consultant-Stacy that is the dumbest of them all. Stay away from this company they just want to steal your money and they don't pay off anygthing. more
