They go above and beyond 5/17/2011

Your guys fixed a problem that I had taken my car to another Nissan dealer for 3 times without success. It ended up being a bad part the other dealer had replaced. Jeff went out of his way to get receipts from the dealer who had gone out of business so the work would be covered under warranty. I felt that was above and beyond just doing his job. Even though there is another dealer closer to my home I plan on coming back to your service department in the future. more

Everyone was friendly and not overbearing 4/27/2011

I live in Aurora so the closest Nissan dealership to me is Great Lakes. I cant tell you how happy I am that I stumbled upon your dealership and met Ryan before I stopped at Great Lakes. In fact, everyone in your dealership was friendly and not overbearing. I would recommend Fred Martin without hesitation!!! more
