I have bought two new vehicles from Franklin Ford and each time I went in they were great. They talked with me first to find out exactly what I was looking for and then went over all of my options. They worked hard to make it work for me while giving me what I wanted. The salesmen were wonderful (not pushy at all) and the general sales manager was very polite and helpful. The transaction from start to finish was a very pleasant experience and I would definately buy from them again. I have been to several other dealerships before and felt so overwhelmed when I left. There you don't. They do all they can to make buying a vehicle a simple process and also to make sure when you drive away you are satisfied and happy. Great staff!!!! I love my new car!!!
