I arrived the morning after making a reservation on the company website with a coupon from the website to be told the coupon wasn't valid. The rate went from $8 a day to $11 a day. At 4:30am, I didn't have an option to take my car somewhere else. I returned 6 days later with a new coupon and the attendant wouldn't honor it. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was on ""lunch break"". I called an hour later to talk with the manager. He informed me that he would talk to the website manger and get back to me in 30 minutes. Two days later I still haven't heard from him. Despite the ""advertised"" price, I would never park here again. False advertising?
