terrible rental management 7/28/2010

We moved into our fowler rented property and there was a thick layer of dog hair everywhere, and the upstairs sink didn't even work. We moved out a few weeks later partially because the house was such a mess and a hazard and they had the nerve to charge us $500 to clean a carpet that was never clean in the first place. Don't rent from fowler. Pros: not much Cons: poor communication, rental was dirty on move in more
