Honestly, in response to the review previous to this one, you have no idea clearly. Clearly you are probably one of the employees that work there. I have been happy in about three low-end basic apartment complexes, and this one is just ridiculously pathetic. Its unreal that people still live here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I am almost sad that I have to give this even one star, when this place doesnt even deserve that much. If you like moldy, gross, over priced, places then this is your place. Its possibly the worst place I have EVER lived in my life. The employees are rude, incompetent, and do not know anything on how to run an apartment complex. Underneath that new coat of paint is a run down dirty apartment waiting to infect your lungs. And if you like having your valuables stolen, fear not, plenty of the sketchy residents residing there will be happy to take it for you. My panties were stolen from the laundry room, my neighbors apartments were broken into, and all my valuables were taken right of my apartment through the back door of my patio. Do yourself a big favor and do not waste a moment of your life here or trying to talk to these pathetic individuals. This place is filthy, and will take your money without hesitation. PS. watch out for the parking lot across the street, people like to sit there in their cars and wait for you to leave, so they can enter your home. DO not DO not DO NOT live here. I have read several reviews about this place and I really believe most of them are written by people who will be dissatisfied no matter where they go, unless every staff member is willing to wash their feet and toss flowers for them to walk on. Hey, I'm using a figure of speach to make a clear point. Many people are totally satisfied to be here, and some of the posted comments are exaggerated rubbish.\r If your window sills are covered with mold then shame on you for letting them get that way. I've never had to wade through piles of garbage bags but the lazy people who don't bother to put them into the thing have nothing to do with the staff and management. You will find similar problems at ANY place where people must take iniciative when no one is looking. And about the big water leak that lasted for weeks and weeks with no response etc, if that was true the way described, the officials would have flooded the place with inspections and penalties long ago. Rubbish.\r There's about 15 seperate two story buildings altogether, and that is A LOT of people who would be involved in filing official complaints etc, like I said, the very few that have been witing these grotesque remarks are obviously not happy about something... By the way, rates are going up anually at every complex in the country not just here, and funny how nothing follows the junk about filing law suits isn't it? Read between the lines and use discretion when making decisions about where to live for sure.\r I sincerely hope more jerks will move out so more self-less people will take their place, but it is not nearly as bad as the last few very shallow reviews have made it to appear. I am as ordinary as it gets, and being anonymous, I have no gain for stretching the truth. Come see for yourself and don't be fooled by the rhetoric of only a scant few dummies that wish to retaliate something which may not even be related to this place. So, here it goes. i moved to the area a year ago, without knowing anything about it. recent college graduate looking for something new. This apartment complex is actually pretty okay because of it's location. You never really hear any of your neighbors and such, and it's a nice layout. The management staff are a group of very nice people, however when trying to accomplish any sort of maintenance or if something goes wrong with your apartment...it will take weeks to be completed, and when it's completed it won't be done very well. a water heat broke above our apartment just before Christmas. It leaked several different places creating about a basketball size hole in the cieling of each place,made many things soggy. We let the management people know, they said that it has happened before and would send someone right over. a week goes by. we go to management again, someone will be right over they say. 2 more days, then write a letter complaining. we decided that nobody was ever coming. By the time the MIDDLE OF JAN. roles around, someone comes to clean the carpet and seal up the holes. ridiculous. I came to terms with that and we decided it was time to move when our lease was up. Now they're pressure washing the entire apartment place. two feet in length of water seeping through my door along with dirt and other various things. I open my door, finally get their attention. I showed them the inside of what happened, opened the closet next to the door and showed them the water in there. ""i'm sorry ma'm there's nothing that we can do about it."" I walk over to management and tell them, ""Yes, we've had several complaints about it this morning and we're doing the whole complex, I guess the doors aren't sealed well, I'm sorry, there is nothing i can do."" \r I am now back among sopping wet things, and I would like to leave tomorrow. I hope that you found this a bit helpful. Because, if i had known these things before moving here, i wouldn't have stayed here at all. Thanks.
