Extremely poor customer service. Will not pick up container when they say they will and they will tear up your driveway or yard in the process. I'll never use these guys again.

Terrible service, terrible attitudes hard to deal with 7/18/2011

for 4 years I have used forest green...lately they have gone down hill due to their staffs attitude. Whenever you call customer service you end up dealing with someone who is pissy and has an attitude towards people who are paying for their service. I used to like the cheap rates on dumpsters...guess what, you get what you pay for, they have screwed me over on pickups 2 times now...even though I call with plenty of lead time. They take DAYS TO REMOVE DUMPSTERS. more

Terrible Service!! 6/12/2011

I have been using Forest Green Waste Services for ~1 year now. They forget to pick my trash, recycle or both at least once a month. I am switching. I would definitely recommend selecting another company who will provide the service that you pay for. The staff is very uncourteous as well. more

Nice to change from the other guys 9/6/2009

But what sold me was when i called them. Anna, was extremely helpful and nice on the phone. all the years i had the other guys, i called them maybe 5 times and twice was when we moved. Never ever were they friendly on the phone. more like they were offended to be talking to me. Not Anna. now i have forest green and we are happy Pros: cheaper, personable when you call, friendly Cons: i should have done it sooner more

Excellent Service - will continue to recommend 7/31/2007

After reading the negative feedback from the home remodeler I felt compelled to provide a review, rarely do people take the time to provide positive feedback. I have used Forest Green's services for over 4 years now, in the spirit of full disclosure - residential only and no dumpster usage. However, I have never had a problem, sometimes I overload and sometimes I have things stacked up, not one time did I come home to ""unpicked up"" trash nor things left because they were not in the proper container. I have recommended Forest Green to new neighbors and will continue to do so. Thank you for your good service. more

Avoid this poorly-managed company! 7/22/2007

We used Forest Green for dumpster rental while remodeling our home. We had to call several times for them to pick up the dumpster. When they did finally arrive it was a day later than they said it would be and we had not moved all of the cars out of the driveway. When the driver couldn't navigate around my husbands car he instead drove over our lawn and landscaping! The driver didn't call or ring the doorbell to ask us to move our cars. I was told by the dispatcher that they are paid by the load and not by the hour so this happened a lot! Cons: Entire Experience more
