We had come just to look at cars to see what I was interested in, but after talking to Frankie we were ready to purchase the car. She is wonderful, she took her her time with me and explained everything about the cars that we drove, and wanted to purchase. I was very pleased with Frankie, she was a Great Pleasure to work with. We were recommend to her by my son because he had worked with her before and stated what a wonderful person that she was, so we got to see it first hand. Excellence 8/31/2014

I went to Flow to just browse around for my first car, and I ended up buying it the exact same day. Kevin was such a help and even showed me some of the cars that weren't even on the lot yet. We ended up spending all day there because my mom ended up getting a car. Kevin was such a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to ANYONE who came in. more

Body work completed 5/24/2011

Good: Service manager was polite. Bad: This was an insurance job. The door was repalced. They damaged the leather seats with over spray. Overspray on wheel well. Broken wheel well where screw attaches. Clips missing holding the rubber molding on door. White foam piece left in car. Weather Tech visor broken and fell off in parking lot. When the vehicle was returned and we complained they laughed at us.. Improvements: I want to know who inspects the work? I thought by taking it to a Honda dealer we would get quality workmanship. However the work done was garbage.. Other: I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for any work.. more

Third time was not a charm 12/5/2010

Good: The ride to and from the Mall was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly.. Bad: My husband has always worked on automobiles, but some things just can't be fixed without a lift. Yada, Yada, Yada we came home with same problem and it looked as if we may have paid (in the hourly rate) for a recall part which was on the invoice but the employee did not point out as they were rushing us out the door. We feel we were overcharged and somewhat decieved with our service.. Improvements: I think it would be helpful if the mechanic who actually works on the vehicle would be available to ask questions to.. Other: My first 2 experiences with the service dept. were good. I think the problem this time was we were dealing with a salesperson who was either demoted or promoted to the service dept.. more

The dealership made me a fair deal 8/19/2010

I fully intended to shop at the Ford place and at CarMarx. I really liked my sales person --Keith --who was not pushy and was very patient. We did extensive test driving. And the dealership made me a fair deal. I thought I would buy a Civic if I bought a Honda, but was shocked at how much road noise there was. I ended up buying a Fit; so far I love it. more
