My husband and I are from Wisconsin and traveled to North Carolina for a funeral. On the way there we picked up a vibration at 55-60 mph, and the oil light came on. We took our Honda tin to the dealership closest to our hotel to have it serviced. While waiting, we looked at the cars outside and on the showroom floor. We talked to Tim, our salesperson, and he showed us the car that caught our eye, the Crosstour. We got a call that our car was ready, paid for the repairs and left the dealership. We were driving around and discussing the new car when my husband said, "Do you want to get it?" So, we turned the car around, went back to the dealership, spoke with Tim, made the deal and drove off the lot and home in our new car. Everyone at the dealership that we dealt with from Tim to the manager and the finance were great to deal with. The gentleman in the service department that we dealt with also was.
