Floor Decor

Floor Decor was so efficient and quick with everything. They put down a new floor on a very large area with lots of doorways. I'm impressed with the tiniest details that they took care of. They put back the moulding around the floor. In each little corner, there's a tiny piece of wood that had to be put in next to the floor. They cut it perfectly and put it in perfectly. I have no fault with any of their work. There's nothing on the floor that I could complain about. I was dreading having the work done, but it was perfect and I love my floor. more

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used this company to carpet a room in our home. They continue to offer expert help as we try to select the right kind of carpet for each room (at the right price!) and have always kept their delivery commitments. Their installers take great care to not mark the walls when bringing the new carpet in and laying it down, are polite and clean up after themselves. Before we found Floor Decor we had lots of issues with reiable deliveries and shakey imstallations - not with these guys - they are tops. more

The installation guys were on time, very neat and professional. When they were finished they left the house very clean, even vacuuming the carpets before they left. The carpets look beautiful and I am very happy with the entire process from the first time I met Mike and he helped me pick out the carpet to the after-the-sale check in to make sure everything went smoothly. Floor Decor installed cherry hardwood floors in my house. When they left, there were a lot of nail holes. I had to call them and ask them to come back to fill the holes. They returned and put a white paste on them, and I was more satisfied. That was the only problem I had with the installation. more

Would easily recommend Floor Decor to others. We are repeat customers, and this time needed flooring for our finished basement project. Michael and Janine had suggestions and recommendations for flooring products based on our intended use of the space. We spent quite a long time in making our decisions, learning about the different options. Michael in particular was an excellent and trusted resource. Everyone was very patient as we waded through different choices. They allowed us to bring home samples from their showroom so we could see how the different flooring products looked in our space. We went back and forth several times. Our final choices wound up being the original recommendations that Michael had suggested - a combination of luxury vinyl tile and carpeting for different parts of the basement. Installation was expertly done by one of Floor Decor's subcontractors. When a minor problem arose, Michael came out himself to oversee its resolution in a very efficient manner. In summary, Floor Decor takes great pride in its customer service, offers excellent flooring products and gives reliable and truthful information about benefits and limitations of the products they offer. There was no time pressure or sales pressure at all. Again, as repeat customers, it was one of the more pleasurable buying decisions we have made and we would not hesitate to go back when the next flooring need arises. more

We are very pleased with the service that we received from Mike and Jenine. Mike was very helpful in helping us to select what was right for our kitchen and den remodeling. The service was excellent. Carpet and linoleum came in when promised and installers were available right away to do the job. Jenine was very reassuring that everything would blend together and she was right. Next project for us is to carpet the rest of the house and we will definitely deal with Floor Decor. more

Janine was very good - helpful but not pushy. Mike too, was approachable and easy to ask questions of. My tile installer had recommended them too. Had visited other shops but felt most comfortable buying from Floor Decor. more

I had to find a flooring solution for a basement with moisture problems. Mike at Floor Decor recommended an economical and attractive solution and explained why other alternatives I'd looked at would create problems for me, based on the experience of his other customers. For less money than my remodeling contractor wanted, I ended up with a better floor from someone with experience the business. more

We are happy with the product and sales experience however they are very expensive for the product (Vinyl floors) we chose. RESPONSE FROM Floor Decor: Client appears to be very happy with service, quality, installation, our responsiveness and professionalism as he reported on Angie's List. Gave us "C" which is average, only in price category. I think most people would agree doing everything else at an "A" level would mean it's not going to be the lowest price. Client forgot to say he originally placed his order with Empire Carpet which was at a higher price than what we had come up with but was not comfortable with them. He said after investigating he saw our excellent rating on Angie's list and called us. After an in home meeting with the client where we showed what turns out to be a better product they decided to cancel their order with Empire and place their order with us. When he cancelled his order with Empire they told him they would lower their price to meet our price plus include the moving of furniture. My question is why didn't Empire offer them the right price in the beginning? My other question is did our client forget all about this? Even after receiving Empire's "revised" quote, client decided to stay with us. Low price does not mean a good value. A good value is when you score an "A" in all the categories that that are important to a quality product and installation. That being said we greatly appreciate his business and look forward to doing business again with him as well as with his friends and family. more

I am so pleased with my new carpet that I purchased from Floor Decor! I found the carpet to be far superior than carpets that I saw in other stores. Michael, the owner, was very professional and carefully guided me through the process. He was very accurate in projecting the amount of carpet needed and gave me options for less expensive carpets to consider. The installers did a fantastic job and finished the installation in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the results!!! more

Floor Decor installed mirage hardwood floors in a very large family room for us. The installation was excellent. With all the different options, the final selection that Mike assisted us with was perfect. The quality of the material is excellent, which is great because we were looking for something that lasts. The installation team was superb. They were very personable, very precise, and they cleaned up. We had actually checked out a larger place whose advertisement we saw on TV and they didn't even bother returning our calls or answering our questions. From the beginning, Janine and Mike provided great service. They listened to any questions and concerns we had. We never had to wait very long to get a call back. They are local and very accessible. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and have very much experience, Mike more so. Don't bother going anywhere else. The price is not the lowest, but they are very much worth it because they are local, accessible, and the products are of great quality. more

Installation was perfect and noninvasive to household. Replacement repair was excellent. Could not tell where repair was made. You need flooring, get it here. more
