Part of the Friendly St neighborhood, Flicks and Pics satisfies the vintage movie shopper. They have rentals there that you won't find in the chain dvd rental stores. The store is small and somewhat crowded but the staff is relaxed and helpful at finding what you may like to watch. more

Best for Old Movies 8/16/2005

They might not have as many of each movie as Blockbuster, but they sure have a much wider selection. So, if you are looking for some obscure old flick, they are the place to go. Also, if you rent a lot of movies, you can join their club and after a while, receive “rent one, rent one free.” Finally you should know that you pay less on Mondays and Tuesdays. more
