I saw the reviews on Citysearch and called because our dryer was not working properly (only blowing cold air). I called, got an appointment same day. He was on time, fixed in about 25 minutes and only charged me $80 for the entire repair including the trip charge. We also have issues with our washing machine which makes loud noises when it spins. He told us that it would be more expensive to repair then it was worth! Wow! Very impressed. Would use again and highly recommend. Pros: Fast, Fair, Honest more

Outstanding appliance repair service 9/29/2009

I had used Tom Fleshman's appliance repair service a couple of times now, and I am going to call him again when I need repair again. He always arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem professionally. He explained to me what he did, and he was very patient when answering my questions. He even gave me a tip or two about how to pick the right appliance. I highly recommend Fleshman Appliance Repair. Pros: Dependable service, professional, friendly, reasonable price Cons: None more

Personable, knowledgable, 8/14/2009

Tom Fleshman struck me as very honest and helpful. He explained what he thought would need to be fixed, what evidence caused him to decide that, and gave an honest opinion that the old fridge wasn't worth saving. He also offered tips on where to find a new one cheap, and that it'd probably be more cost effective to replace it because of the energy savings for a newer model. I will definitely call him again the next time Ianother appliance needs repairing. Pros: Personable, fair rates, honest Cons: none more

Honest, knowledgable repair service 12/1/2008

I've used Tom for several years for all kinds of home appliance repair. I don't even remember how I found him, but I'm really glad I did. He is always so accommodating on day and time and is always there when he says he will be. He is so honest about what the repair will cost and whether the item should repaired or not. He is now into the second generation of our family when it comes to our appliances. I wouldn't call anyone else. Tom is a rarity. Pros: Service quality, price, promptness, availabilty, value. Best in town 9/22/2008

Can't say enough good things about Mr. Fleshman. He arrived when he said he would, figured out the problem, and fixed my washer in just a few minutes. He also fixed my dad's refrigerator, and my dad thought he was great, too (and he is very exacting about service people!). Tom is ethical, affordable, and just an all-around nice guy. I wouldn't call anyone else to service my appliances. Pros: On time, affordable, ethical Cons: none more

Great Appliance Repair Service 8/15/2008

My four year old Refrigerator-Freezer stopped cooling. Of course, it's just out of the warranty period. I called Tom Fleshman based on the excellent internet reviews he has received. He really knows his stuff. I told him the problem and he diagnosed the likely bad part over the phone! He showed up the next day right on his stated time for the repair - no four to eight hour "wait" window. Sure enough - he was right about the bad part. The complete repair, from arrival to departure, took him all of fifteen minutes! Very reasonable on cost of the part and the service fees, too! Pros: Very pleasant and conscientious tradesman - a rarity nowadays! Cons: None more
