This is a great neighborhood, family-oriented gym, with all the modern equipment you could ever ask for. It is much larger than the other neighborhood gyms in the area, and never seems too crowded, even during peak hours. The multiple class schedules are frequent and very convenient, and the instructors are enthusiastic, engaged and welcoming. The majority of members seem to be upbeat family people, and the nursery is good for toddlers. There unfortunately is no real option for your older kids/tweens, as the nursery will bore your 8-year old, and the parking can be a challenge at peak hours. This is outweighed by the inviting energy of the trainers, staff, and fellow members. A very comfortable feel to this clean, modern gym. Read your contract, get the best deal you can, get on board, and come join your neighbors at a great high-tech, high-energy gym.... This gym is all about making money off you. I bought a three-month membership and was strongly pushed to buy a year membership (which I'm glad I didn't). When I met with Jason for the ""assessment"" (which turned out to be nothing more than another sales opportunity) he strongly encouraged me to buy personal training sessions. He misrepresented the personal trainer when he told me that he had experience as a physical therapist. The ONLY reason I purchased personal training sessions was because I have back issues and thought a physical therapist might help. Jason even guaranteed I would be happy with the personal trainer. As it turns out, the personal trainer does NOT have experience as a physical therapist (he does not have any formal physical therapy education and worked for a physical therapist for only 2 months). After 5 sessions, my back is worse off than before I entered the gym. I asked for a refund and was told too bad. In fact, when I told Jason that he misprepresented the personal trainer, Jason told me, ""that is neither here nor there.""
