Being a mother of 2 little ones is hard work, and I just couldn't find the time or energy to workout on a daily basis. I needed motivation to get back into shape and loose weight, and that's just what I've gotten at Fitness Together. There's a team of personal trainers that are dedicated to you and your fitness goals, whatever they may be. These guys and gals really care and make sure you are meeting your goals. They offer nutritional advise and education that has helped me realize how I should be eating in order to loose weight and for my overall health and well-being. And they accomodate to my ""always"" changing schedule! Pros: Educated, friendly trainers, clean facility, all to yourself more

As a business owner, my schedule is hectic and demanding. Now, I can?t imagine how I could keep up without the stamina that I?ve built through my Fitness Together workouts. The highly educated staff of enthusiastic trainers knows how to motivate me through every tough session. They patiently listen to my concerns and give fitness and nutritional advice that realistically meets my needs. And, it shows in our work together. I am getting results. the evolving workout! 9/19/2009

After having my second son and on the cusp of turning 40, I wanted something new, different and result producing. I found all of that at Fitness Together! After two months doing twice a week workouts, the results really shined. I went down another pant size, was stronger in my yoga practice (and able to do more asanas) and my husband said to me, ""how does it feel looking hotter going into your 40's than into your 30's?""!!! ""I've been a client at Fitness Together for about 18 months...given my inconsistent approach to exercise in the past this fact points to the success of the program at Fitness Together. The facility is great for people at all fitness levels and the trainers all do a great job. I normally work with Brian, who has done things like getting me to actually run a 5K race on the eve of my 40th birthday, but also appreciate working with the other trainers (Bonnie, Duncan, Rachel and Heidi) who all put their own twist on the same program. Expert personal --and private -- training 10/3/2008

Here you'll find private and personalized training that starts when people actually listen to you instead of just going ahead with a one- size- fits -all training program. You get one-on-one focused training and attention. After four months of twice a week training my endurance, stamina and strength have all improved and I did it all without a single injury ? a big deal for me. My trainer Duncan really listened and understood where I was starting from and where I wanted to go. His knowledge is impressive and even better he knows how to translate that knowledge into a tough and effective but still enjoyable workout that gets results for me with no downside. Clients here include individuals of all levels of fitness and all fitness goals and all are treated equally -- you don't have to be training for an Ironman to be treated with respect. Kudos to owner Bonnie for carefully hiring quality trainers. Additional plus: There is good air quality and extra fans positioned everywhere and since you?re the only one training you can control them! more

Fantastic Personal Training in West Seattle 9/25/2008

Love the efficient, encouraging, and fun workout. I was tired of the usual gym atmosphere, having to wait for machines, not really knowing how to use the machines correctly, never finding parking, and leaving the gym feeling like it was not the best use of my time. Once I tried Fitness Together, I was hooked. It?s one on one personal training in a great atmosphere (hard wood floors, very clean, nice lighting and lots of windows). The staff is knowledgeable and my trainer knows exactly how to motivate me. I did 48 sessions and my BMI went down 7 points. I?m on my second round of 48 sessions and feel great. I can actually say that I look forward to exercise ? for once. more

Best Personal Training on the Westside!! 9/22/2008

Let's face it, no one likes to workout, especially not me. But with Diabetes on both sides of my family, I realized that I had to do something. Simply having a gym membership was not working. I decided to do personal training at Fitness Together and have been very pleased ever since. The reason? Total one-on-one training. It's you and the trainer and that's it. You're not in a warehouse sized room filled with numerous people on cardio or weight machines. There's no one around to watch (or distract) you, so you stay focused and can make the most of your workout. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and will challenge you so that you can meet your personal fitness goals. I see Rachel in the mornings and am happy to say, through her guidance, I've lost both weight and inches and am on my way to a much healthier me. Pros: Service and Atmosphere more

The Best Seattle Personal Trainers 8/13/2008

West Seattle Fitness Together has the best personal trainers that I have found in Seattle. I have lots of worn out body parts, and yet they manage to give me incredible workouts working within my limitations. I actually get a cardio workout while doing strength training. And, they keep changing the workout each time to keep it interesting. After working out for years, I get bored very easy. My personal trainer Duncan makes every workout fun and challenging. Pros: You get your own personal gym and it doesn't cost more than trainers at a regular gym. Cons: They don't have my favorite stair climber cardio machine. more
