All aspects of my experiences at this office have been wonderful. The front office staff are always pleasant and helpful. The woman in charge of dealing with the health insurance companies is knowledgeable and patient. My insurance company kept claiming that my ""other"" insurance (which I didn't have) should be paying for my visits and shots and therefore refused to pay Dr. Swami's office. Rather than make me pay for what the insurance company didn't, I was told to just wait until everything got cleared up. In the meantime, I could still come get my shots. Eventually my health insurance figured out what was what and paid Dr. Swami's office, at which point I only had to pay my co-pays. Also, because I get shots one to two times per week and my co-pay is only a couple of dollars, I've been allowed to let my total accrue through the month, and then just pay every few weeks. Dr. Swami's PAs are efficient and personable. They know my name and take the time to get to know me while they run their tests of administer the shots. Likewise Dr. Swami is a physician who has me feel very comfortable as a patient (not easy). He takes the time to explain what is going on and his recommendations. He also takes the time to get to know his patients rather than just running through an assembly line to the next patient. If you are in need of allergy testing and/or treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Swami's practice.
