My daughter had a very severe allergic reaction late on a Friday evening. We chose to go to First Choice. The person that checked us in was extremely efficient and very polite. She understood we were very anxious and handled us wonderfully. The nurse took us back immediately and the doctor was already in the room. Once we calmed down and our daughter was doing better I had a chance to really look around. The facility was incredibly clean, organized and seemed to be very sanitary. The doctor, nurse and staff were simply amazing. They were very understandable of our situation and handled it with expert care. My daughter had to have some medication that wasn't very nice and the nurse gave her a lollipop afterwards, when she was very frightened the nurse came in and gave her a teddy bear that she was able to take home. We will return if ever the need arises again, we hope not but they were fantastic! more

We had a great experience at First Choice Emergency room. Super fast service, really nice and friendly people. We were in and out of there in about 20mins. We will definitely be using First Choice again in the future...if we need it!! more

When my daughter broke her ankle. First Choice ER was very clean and quick. Doctors, nurses and X-ray personnel were very good. I would highly recommend this Emergency room. more

This is the third time we have gone to First Choice and just as their name states they are our first choice. We arrived at First Choice at 12:50pm Monday afternoon, when we were discharged at 1:50pm my husband had received a tetanus shot, had a CT scan, received a cd with all images, received a diagnosis and prescription. The warm welcome we always receive at the reception area starts our experience with First Choice off right. After only minutes of sitting in the waiting room we are taken back to the room and talking with a doctor. The attention we receive from the nurse, doctor, and various other medical workers is amazing. We will always choose First Choice and will recommend it to everyone we know. I visited First Choice in the Woodlands for an infected insect bite. I was seen within minutes, got a quick diagnosis and was sent home with a Rx quickly! They do rechecks for free so I went back two days later. Same quick experience and had some additional treatment performed. I have a really high confidence level in the doctors and am very pleased with the short wait times and 24 hour availability. Would definitely recommend. more

My Dr.'s office has a list of ER's to go to after hours should you have any issues after surgery. I ended up there and was grateful for that list. The staff at the Kuykendahl location were so kind, concerned and caring. They took me in right away, contacted my dr. and did exactly what he told them to do. I was in and out so quick. Glad I didn't go to the Hospital ER where I would have had to wait 5 hours. I highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future should I need them. Thanks First Choice for getting me relief fast!! more

I wasn't able to get in with my primary care physcian on a Friday afternoon and chose this facility b/c of the location. Upon arriving, I was promptly admitted to a room and seen before I could complete the paperwork. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful and Dr. K. Jones ""rocks"". I would definitely refer family and friends if needed. Thanks again! more

This is the greatest place ever invented. If you have good insurance, this beats the hospital emergency rooms hands down. You walk in and are immediately taken back and cared for. Everyone is friendly, explains everything well, and you get personal attention from the doctor right away. Then they give good referrals if you need a specialist. We just used them for the third time. If you do need to go to the hospital, you are whisked right to your room with no waiting. Awesome! more

I went to First Choice Emergency Room after coming home early from a Spring Break trip. I was terribly sick and couldn't wait until the next morning to see my primary care doctor. First Choice Emergency Room had me in and out within 45 minutes, and that's including chest x-rays. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They got me on my way! more

No trip to the ER is fun but this was the best experience I have every had. My daughter was seen before I could even finish filling out the forms. She was diagnosed, treated and discharged in no time at all. The staff was caring and friendly. I hope we don't have to make another ER trip anytime soon, but if we do, First Choice will be the choice we make. more

Getting in to see a doctor was quick and fast. They had the necessary equipment to see that the what I thought was the problem, wasn't the problem and were able to diagnose the actual problem.\r \r Oh, the staff was wonderful, especially the every so cheerful tech. more

I went to this clinic after repeatedly trying to get into my primary physician. I was dreading the long wait but to my surprise I was in and out in less than an hour. My visit consisted of doctor visit, chest X-ray, I.V. Antibiotic and breathing treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! The staff was friendly and all worked together to get me in and out! Might just use this versus my physician:) more

We have received exceptional medical attention at our recent visit at First Choice Emergency Room. All the staff were friendly and Dr Huff is amazing with little toddlers. Unparalleled Care - A Rare Level of Service & Efficiency 8/16/2011

Remarkable care, service, and follow-up! It has been a long time since I've experienced that level service from any hospital, clinic, or business. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The nurse AND board certified emergency care physician were in the examining room before I could finish the first page of paperwork. The x-ray facilities were excellent. This is a top-notch, state of the art medical facility, Best of all is the depth of patient interest. When has a doctor given you his cell number for questions that may come to mind later or called your home the following day to check on you? Outstanding treatment of my broken foot took about 45 minutes from arrival to departure. Amazing! more
