AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! No joke. I had the best ""emergency room"" experience ever. I chose to come here over an actual emergency room because I knew the wait time would be shorter. I wasn't prepared for the experience. The entire staff made my experience pleasurable. Well, as pleasurable as it could be granted I was doubled over in pain, damn near in tears from it. While they were treating me, they were interacting with my fiance' and answering his questions while still treating me and answering mine. While we were waiting for test results to come back, the nurse and doctor both were waiting in my room with us and shooting the breeze with us. They not only gave me prescriptions, but offered alternatives in case the prescriptions were too expensive, granted I don't have insurance. If you don't have insurance, be prepared to pay up front. That is the only downfall I can find in this facility. But, I understand they do have to pay for the experience you receive. From the time I walked through the doors to the time I left was probably 45 minutes, tops. They do get you in and out, but make sure you have all your questions answered and aren't leaving with any concerns. Be prepared to spend anywhere from $250-1,000, if you don't have insurance, but if you are in enough pain, can you really put a price on feeling better? I couldn't. I have already referred this place to friends and, God forbid I need to go back, will be going back to this facility. Without a doubt, hands down best emergency room experience I have ever had. This place was absolutely awesome. Very personable and intimate (as it's small and not in a big hospital). Not crowded with people at all. My boy was able to be seen right away. They were extremely good with him. I love it when doctors and nurses are good with children! They have some fun kid decorations to interest your kids, including a room with the characters from Cars painted on the wall and also the waiting room/lobby has a scene from Tangled on the wall. Will definitely be going back (but only if I have to...I don't really want to have an emergency again!). more

If you want swift high quality service for an emergency...go to First Choice Emergency Room! I had a severe pain in my foot and I limped in at about 3:15 p.m. on a Monday afternoon. I was seen immediately, x-rayed, fitted for a splint for my broken foot, and wheel chaired out in less than 1 hour! They referred me to the next doctor for follow up to ensure my care was complete! Excellent care, excellent facility, expedient service! more

I went in and didn't even wait 5 minutes for a doctor. Staff and doctor were all super friendly and very informative. I was in and out in less than an hour as well. I will go to FCE for any other medical emergencies ! more

I went in to get stitches on my finger. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I could not believe how fast I got to see the Dr. The Dr and nurse were also very nice and caring. more
