Five Stars!!\r I went to First Choice Emergency Room after a fall, and I had a really good experience. They took me back to examine me really quickly and took several xrays before I had even finished all of the paperwork. The staff and doctor were very kind and worked quickly to care for me and even gave me meds before I left so I would not be in pain while waiting for prescriptions to be filled. The doctor explained what I would need to do for the next couple of days to heal faster. All of that and I was there only about an hour and the entire time there was a staff member or doctor actually attending to my needs. \r more

I recently came in on Christmas day with a bad skin infection. They gave me multiple shots, prescriptions, anything they could to help me. I went back again a few days later because I was concerned about my sores. Again, they gave me prescriptions, some topical ointments, and sent me on my way. This is the only place to go to if you have an emergency. My entire family has been here on numerous occasions and every time we have been more than taken care of. I remember the days when a trip to the emergency room meant being around sick people and risking getting worse, spending ALL day waiting, and just a miserable experience. First Choice has changed it all for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

5+ stars! I went here in September after waking up feeling like I had the flu. I was taken back to a room before I had even finished my paperwork. The staff here is so kind and really wants to do everything they can to help. They gave me prescriptions and I was immediately on my way. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone I talk to, and they all come home saying the same thing, that they love it. more

I've had my Husband, daughter, stepmom, a friend & myself at this clinic. Separate times for each of us. None of us waited more than 10 minutes in the lobby or once in the rooms. Staff has always been professional & courteous. They've always explained the billing process upon arrival, so no surprises when it came to the billing. \r We did try another facility down the street recently. WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Totally regreted the choice to try someone else. The only thing they did right was explaining to urgent care billing process immediately upon arrival. First Choice Emergency Room on Atascocita rd. 77346 is the best place to go! more

I went to First Choice at the Atascocita location when my son hurt his arm. I honestly thought it was broken. I was in and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. I never waited in the lobby. We had the x-rays of his arm, and were seen by the Doctor and I was not even half way through the registration papers. As I was finishing up the papers the doctor was readjusting my sons elbow back into place and we were on our way out the door. I wish we had places like this when I was younger. What a blessing to know there is such a place in the area for instance such as these. THANK YOU! more

Everyone was amazing and I recommend it to anyone. We where from out of state and needed medical attention for my daughter. They met me in the parking lot as I drove up and she was seen immediately. Everyone was extremely nice and made us feel at home. Thank you do very much for the exceptional care we received while there. more

My family and I have had to use First Choice several times over the past couple years. This will be my third review I have written and still have NOT received the Starbucks gift card as promised for writing a review.\r \r Recently took my 7 month old daughter. They were very kind and gentle with her.\r \r They are always friendly and there is never a wait. We have always be in and out very quickly. Beware this is an emergency room, so you will pay emergency room fees. more

My husband went in for treatment on an abscess. He was greeted with a friendly smile by all who worked there. They quickly diagnosed him within and within an hour he had his prescription and was feeling better. My husband and I are thankful for the treatment received at First Choice. more

I went to the Atascocita first choice location crying and in complete pain. Their was no wait. I was still telling the receptionist what was wrong and didnt have time to fill out any paperwork before I was taken back. They were so quick and took the pain away while I was there and gave me enough medication to help the pain till I was able to see a doctor. They also gave me information on who I could see for my situation. I will always go here instead of waiting 2+ ours somewhere else! more

We have used FC ER on two occasions now and it has been wonderful both times. The staff was friendly, it was quick service, the doctors were nice, and the check out was smooth. We got a call from the doctor the following day to check on us and I received a card from them a couple of days later. Will continue using them for sure! more

Not busy at all. Was only patient there entire time there (2 Hours)Very nice and friendly people. Lacking in ""in house"" lab. Had to wait for a courier to pick up samples and take to a lab in Kingwood. Pretty long process. more

I wish I could give First Choice ER a lower rating but Poor - Fair is the lowest option available. The people here are nice enough and the service is quick. The problem is that this whole business concept is centered around praying on unsuspecting consumers. We were in the office for 15 minutes and they gave my son a dose of Motrin. I got a bill today for $1400. I brought my son in to First Choice because he was running a fever and it had lasted for a couple of days so I wanted to make sure that it wasn't something serious. We are new to town so I searched ""walk in clinic close to me"" on Google thinking that I would find a good place close to me for quick service. Just because they have the name ER doesn't make it OK to charge what hospitals charge. Hospital ER's are notorious for their billing practices but this place is in a strip mall and looks like any normal walk in clinic. I'm sure that's the point. They make themselves look like a walk in clinic then hit you with an ER bill. We'll if you don't mind paying serious money for minor service or if you don't mind supporting businesses that have no ethics then First Choice ER is a good place. They are fast and friendly for only $100 per minute. Crooks!!! more

On April 15th I had to take my husband in for extreme abdominal pain! They did an excellent job of taking care of him. This is not the first time I have had to take him in for this issue so I am so grateful they are around the corner from me! more

I had a painful rash and horrible headache so we went to First Choice at 2 in the morning. How wonderful to be greeted with a smile, concern and a quick response. I was taken to a room in 2 minutes and seen by the nicest nurse, Glen, a few minutes later. The doctor was very sympathetic, took my pain seriously, and we were out of there with a correct diagnosis, prescription and were very happy. The price was very easy on our pocketbook also. This is our 3rd time using them and still very pleased so definitely will use them again!! more

We have used the FCER on two occasions and both times the staff, nurses, and doctors were wonderful. It is so nice to have something so close and conveinent for those weekend/late night emergencies. I highly recommend FCER should you ever need them! more
