Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been getting my tires here for over 7 years. This shop has always taken care of any alignments, rotations, balances, flat tires that I have had. I had them do an oil change once and they noticed the battery was corroded and fixed it. They have consistently met expectations for completion time, and given me a ride home and picked me up later when the work was done. more

Honest review-- I took my car here because it was shaking when I appiled the brakes at high speeds. Okay I kinda figured that I would need new rotors or have them turned and new brakes. Okay They did their inspection and told me that I need brakes and rotors. Like I figured I did. Well anyways, they put new rotors on the front along with creamic brakes (more expensive and no noise, is what they said.) \r \r Okay the problem starts. Payed the price and drive off. Well I get on the highway to test my new bad boys out. And guess what, There is still a little shaking and now I have a loud squeal coming from my new "CREAMIC" brakes. Well I called and spoke with the manager (whom is still working there) He stated that sometimes brakes need a little adjusting period. Okay he's the mechanic, I'm not. \r \r So after driving around for 2 months with my shaking and loud squealing when I do any stopping. I finally had enough and took my car back in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! i took my truck in for an alignment and was told my rack and pinion was leaking, tie rods were bad and hub bearings were bad. everything under the front of my truck is less than a year old and you can obviously see where the technician stuck a screwdriver in the rack and pinion boot to cause it to leak. i live 1/2 mile from the place and my truck wasnt leaking when i left my house, i had just crawled out from under it doing an oil change before i left so i know it wasnt leaking. they will end up with a major lawsuit of their employees continue doing work like this. more

Took our car in for alignment and rotation. After doing so, our tires make a "humming" noise after 20mph. Never had this problem before until we took it to this place. Went back two other times and they say everything is fine. Had to go to GoodYear to get it fixed once and for all. They also tried to sell us a $1,200 tune up deal when it was not needed :(. more

I've been taking my cars here for 9 years- mainly for tires, but also for brakes and shocks. I like the fact I can buy a reasonably priced lifetime wheel balance & alignment policy as well as road hazard policy for tires bought here. I have had 2 complete brake jobs done here and have had no problems, plus they beat everyone else on price. I got rear air shocks here, and they replaced them at no charge due to a mfr. defect. I don't like using them for state vehicle inspections, especially for older cars, because they seem to nitpick. The best way to have work done here is drop your car off early in the day, and let them work on it at their leisure while you go somewhere else. They usually finish them late in the day. Most times, they will call you up and say they noticed this and that other thing wrong- I decline almost all of it, but I'm glad they look. more

I think the people reviewing this store in a negative way are doing so because they are ignorant. Yes it can take a while to get an oil change. I always drop my car off because I don't want some quickie place doing my oil change. I have the bad experiences to prove it. Harry T, Jon, Shawn, have always done a great job with me! They have a couple new people whom I really like too! Michael is very nice to work with and so is Jessica. I will continue to bring my business back!! Keep up the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! more

I had a flat on my tahoe and took it to firestone allen,and it began to downpour rain. When I needed help most they took me to krogers so I could do my shopping and when I was finished they came and picked me up ! ! With my tahoe finished and shopping done it was an AWSOME EXPERIENCE ! good job guys! more

My daughter and son-in-law have always been pleased with the service and quality of repairs provided by Harry T. at Firestone, and when the a/c stopped working in my car on Friday, they insisted that I go to him for repairs. I followed their advice, and early on Saturday morning, took the car in. I cannot recall having received such excellent customer service in years. I was treated with such respect and courtesy. When you take your car to Harry T. and his crew, you will be doing business with a 'real human being', not just a company. You see, it was my son's wedding day, the temperature was over 100 degrees, and I had no other transportation. Harry T. arranged, at his expense, transportation for me. Not only will you receive accurate, skilled mechanical service here, you will receive the ultimate in customer service.
