It is small, simple and has charming ""Fire Station"" theme/decor. Of course, it's a great location in the Mill Creek Towne Center. They have a good selection of sandwiches, paninis, etc. The kid's meals are good (served with apple slices, and come with a beverage, for example.) Ingredients appear fresh and menu items are made-to-order. However, you pay too much for what you get. For example, avocado is listed as a menu item, but what you get is guacamole. No big, but I'm just sayin'. Also, you have to pay extra for any veggies on sandwiches beyond standard lettuce/tomato. Cheap... I ordered my son the grilled cheese sandwich kid's meal for $5.99. I was stunned to find that if you wanted a WHOLE sandwich, that would cost you an extra $1-2! Seriously? If you don't order a combo meal, which costs extra, you get a sandwich only, and that'll cost you a minimum of $7.99. Today, I ordered the turkey, bacon, ""avocado"" sandwich combo (meaning chips and fountain soda), and the aforementioned kids meal for my son. Without tip, that came to almost $18!!! Are you kidding me? The self-serve, simple setting and small quantities of servings do not equate to the high prices they are charging. Maybe because it's Mill Creek? I like the food there, but there are far more choices for eating out that are a much better value. In these times, I need to get the most for my dollar, and I don't think I'm alone on that...
Pros: The owner is very friendly and cares about customers
Cons: It is simply way over-priced.
