Worst

My experience would have been better at the Firehouse if I hadn't parked on the wrong side of the parking lot, in non-Firehouse parking and gotten my car towed first of all... but...

Great for a quick bite 5/1/2005

This is a body builders hang out and you will see cops pretty frequently too. The food is pretty decent and the bar is well stocked. Service can be dicey and parking is a pain, but finding a clean restaurant on or near the Venice boardwalk is next to impossible. Most of the places hover at or around a B rating and the Firehouse has consistently had an A for the last 12 years I have been going to Venice. Pros: Prices, Clean, Bar Cons: Parking, Sometimes service more

Charming Restaurant 6/2/2002

First of all, yes, this used to be an actual firehouse. The doors in the front are still huge because they literally used to accomodate actual firetrucks. The food is plentiful -- enough to feed hungry firemen. I recommend any of the burgers. There's also a full bar, which sometimes takes on a life of its own. Pros: old firehouse, small parking lot more
