I went to the showroom and was pleased by the selection and the way the product was presented.

They have very good customer service. The FIBERAMA on Staten Island will always address your concerns and do everything possible to assist the customer. If you have a problem, they will work with you and help you get it resolved to your satisfaction. This cannot be said about so many other contractors ! more

if you are looking for a friendly warm and comfortable place to shop look no further. fiberama is the place to go. from meeting in the office to the home visit it was so pleasuareble. i had an estimate to change a house full of windows and from the minute the men started working on my house i could see they knew what they were doing from putting plastic on all my furniture and rugs to vacuming up the debris over all extrmemly happy and o yes the windows are doing the exact job they said they would do. trully happy and thankful more

i had 3 doors installed by fiberama and i must say that the experience was quite pleasurable. everyone was helpful and so polite they really took there time and worked with us answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. the workmanship was excellent and the doors came out beautiful. i want to thank them greatly. more

Poor Customer Service 10/20/2011

Installed new awning on house started leaking almost immediately. Called left message, called following week left message again. At this point they scheduled a visit to fix problem, no show and no call to cancel. Called again asked to speak to manager, never called back. The awning looks good, but they never finished the job and their customer service is worthless. I regret dealing with them. more

Highy skilled and customer oriented employees 7/19/2011

I just wanted to commend two of your employees for a job extremely well done.The employees I would like to commend are Don jr and Pepe they were such a pleasue to deal with and they would do any and all to make sure that my satisfaction was met.My new awning looks so great that all who see it say how beautiful it is which make me smile .and beam with pride that is why I choose Fiberama your work and employees are second to none I would highly recommend your company to anyone without hesitation .Again thank you for having such highy skilled and customer oriented employees it was truly a wonderful experience. more

Expressing my satisfaction 7/15/2011

I would like to express my satisfaction with the installation of new doors that your company installed at my home. The quality of the doors enhanced the look of my home way beyond my expectations. Your craftsmen did an outstanding job with precision that I have not seen in many years. The mechanics were very professional and polite. They answered all of my questions and made sure that we were satisfied with the doors before they left. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up when they completed their work at the end of the day. From beginning to end Fiberama made me feel like I was an important customer to them. I can see why Fiberama has remained in business for so many years. Thank you and please express my satisfaction with your employees. more

Went beyond the call of duty for us 7/13/2011

during the past windstorm my awning blew down and damaged my door and porch i couldnt open my door, fiberama came quickly and removed the awning so i could get out of the house. i then ordered a new awning and it was installed perfect .they went beyond the call of duty for us. more

i had 2 doors installed in my home a storm and a entrance door. fiberama suggested that i use doors that entitled me to get a 30% tax credit at first i was skeptic. but i took there advise. they did the job and to my surprise i recieved my refund check for the job. there advised paid off. more

I wish more things in life would go this smooth 6/27/2011

Thanks for the old fashioned installation of my bay window, it looks great. It made the room feel bigger and many of many of my neighbors seem to know of your company. I didn't realize how popular you are. You guys were neat, polite and respectful. I wish more things in life would go this smooth. I'll be back this summer for a screen room. more

Just had my windows and doors replaced by Fiberama 6/6/2011

I really liked the inspector who came to check out the installation. Was the same guy who installed my doors and windows when I was a kid living at home. I'm sure he didn't recognize me but I remembered him because he joked a lot with my Dad and me when he installed Dad's windows. It's refreshing that some things never change... the great job and nice folks. more

Our family has always been satisfied with Fiberama 3/9/2011

My family has been buying from the fiberama family and they have always been satisfied. so now it was my turn i purchased new windows for my home. the windows were installed like a glove clean neat and quickly. it is much warmer and air tight than ever before. great job as i have come to expect. more
