Not recommended. I went here for my annual and they told me that I did not owe a copay. I inquired again to be sure because I know my insurance has a $45 copay attached to specialist visits. They still said I owed nothing. When I got a bill and confronted them, they used the excuse that their employee was new and gave me incorrect information, but they did nothing to correct their mistake and take care of the $40 I owed (apparently Duke had “reallocated”, without permission, I might add, money I had on credit because they overcharged me somewhere). I do not have an issue with the provider I saw, other than she is unwilling to help correct this issue, but I will not be going back. I will be sending in 100 checks for $0.40 each and hope they spend more money processing my checks than they make off of me because now I’ve been lied to and nothing was done to rectify the situation. more

Do Not recommend! Be care of their bills!!!\r \r If you are using Duke select Insurance, you are covered by OB package. This means you only need co-pay the first visit and you do not need co-pay $45 for the following Regular visits. Things happened to me that they charged every visit for $45 copay. If you are not familiar with your insurance policy, they just take advantage of you.This is very unprofessional!!! more

They delivered my first child and I have found all of the doctors at this practice to be smart, compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend this practice. The fact that many of the doctors are women (and understand that is much nicer to be afforded the respect of a cloth gown during an exam rather than to be covered up with paper) is just an added plus for me. The nurses and staff are also very skilled and professional, as well as caring, at this practice. more

Terrible experience. More like a nightmare. I needed a D&C and they require a release for televising of the procedure and will not deviate from that form. Then would not give me a referral out of there. more

This is a great ob/gyn practice. I have gone to them for over 10 years. All the doctors are great, Dr. Andrews delivered my last child and he is my favorite -- he made planned c-section worry-free with his great demeanor. Highly recommended practice. more
