I have to agree with the fact the doctors and nurses are very good. \r I have been seen by Joe, Jane, Rick, and they were all very professional and caring. \r I have a feeling that PalmettoPatient might be related to Dr.Cottingham. If that is true, that PalmettoPatient should mention that when she is posting a review. Otherwise it seems like a fake review.\r \r I can't relate to kittenpurr complaining about any healthcare professional there. \r I think the healthcare professionals, especially the nurses, are some of the best in the state, and I have been to several different medical offices. \r The reason why it's not five stars, Keith is gone, Dr. Munson is gone..I don't know if Joe is still there. Why are so many leaving? Was it the move that caused this? I don't know, but it is weird. more

I happen to be a patient at Palmeto Family Medicine and have nothing but the utmost respect for each and every provider. I have been seen by Dr. Cottingham (her name is not Sarah to you kittenpurr), and she is an excellent physician who always has the patient's needs at heart. Dr. Ditzler, Martin, and the rest of the staff have always been kind and compassionate. By the way, at the time of kittenpurr""s post, Dr. Cottingham was 9 months pregnant so she might want to back off on calling a pregnant woman fat. I wouldn't listen to an obviously irrational racist looking at the comments about Patel. Obviously she must be some kind of drug seeker since her only true complaint is they aren't prescribing her pain meds. more

The practice has went to the frogs. Sarah is not a good doctor, she lies in charts, I can prove this. They have lost 3 of their staff, Keith and Joe. They ran the Podiatrist off, and won't tell you where he is, at least Sarah won't. It has become a business to them, they lied on my charts. Not while Keith and Joe was there. These new PA's are, well I am not sending any one else there. I hate them now. I went there for over 2 years. They don't ask for updates. Dr. Dietzler even lied, his nurses came back in and said, ""He's done with you."" No, he wasn't, he said he would be right back. that nurse Kaye is a uncaring lying whatever. Patel is Indian, and that says enough, there. Sarah is fat, and wants people to loose weight, she needs to look at herself first. She's D.Martin niece, and she thinks she's God. But she is the devil. The entire staff has flipped, I didn't get pain medication any where except from them. I went to the dentist and he gave me a script in November 2009. When I seen Patel, he said, ""If you get medication anywhere except from here, we will not see you.""Stupid Fool, didn't even listen to me. Sarah said, ""If you don't like the way we do things, you can get your records and leave."" Now that is some way to talk to a patient. I sent the doctor (Dr. Dietzler) a letter 2 months before my last scheduled appointment, it was returned to me, unopened. He is so busy he doesn't even know what is going on in his practice. The nurses run him!!!!! Guess what, I did get my records. If I have to pay, I expect someone to listen, and read what I wrote, since my correspondence showed some new things. My insurance company told me to find another practice!!! Plus, a few others' with influence. Before December, 2009 I recommend 20 people to this practice. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to any one, your are better off going to the clinic downtown, at least they have compassion and listen. Sarah, the niece of Dr. Martin isn't liked by a lot of people, people talk smack about her in the parking lot. She's a hateful, lying, ignorant to the facts of what the patient is doing.
