What made it unique for me, is that my hair seems alot easier to manage than before.. The cut that was done was extremely awesome.. I still can't get over how good it came out.. I had highligthing, all 0ver color, style, and deep condition done to it, and it was $130.00, I tipped the girl 20 bucks so all together it was $150.00.. I DON'T regret going there.. I regret not having more money to get my hair done more often.. Mr. Franco is so awesome.. His studio is GREAT... So kool.. I need to hit the powerball so I can make the Salon ""my second home"".. lol.. Get this, how many hair salon owners will have an extra pair of tickets to a show at the Zeiterion, because they can't go, they give it to their customer?? I don't know any.. That is how nice these folks are.. Well worth every dime.. Check it out!! Pros: Friendly, Competant, and timely service Cons: It's a little pricey, but worth it!! more

I just had my hair done by genevieve at this salon and I have to say she is the first hairdresser in a long time that actually knew what she was doing! I have really hard hair to work with and she took full control. I have never. Gotten so many compliments! Thanks for a job well done more

I recently had the pleasure of having my hair cut by a true artist. Felicio carefully analyzed my hair and the shape of my face and helped me choose a style that suited me best. He cut and layered my hair perfectly and took the time to give me styling tips. His salon is also very chic and modern and equipped with state-of-the-art Freestylists (weightless hair dryers that suspend from the ceiling). I have already scheduled my next appointment with Felicio and will glady drive over an hour for such incredible service. Pros: Customers are treated with the utmost respect. more

The salon is very modern and orginized which i like! My stylist was very friendly and listened to exactly what i was looking for . It is great to have someone do your color that is creative and not afraid of something different. There is always great music playing and there is always such an upbeat vibe. I always look forward to my next appointment. more

I went in there to get my hair relaxed, let me remind you i am a male. Anyways, short hair to be relaxed shouldnt be too difficult. I was told by the owner that the hairstylist would take care of me very well under his supervision. Right before i left, they told me that my hair needed a second application and for me to come back another day. Well the next day i woke up to my hair falling off, and ended up having to buzz all my hair off. When I went to pay for the work ""well done"", the owner and hairstylist were negotiating prices, and there was I, in the middle. They came out with a total of $30. I went up to the desk, and this rude lady insisted on me paying 50 dollars (the normal price for a relaxer treatment (for long hair). more

Felicio Franco is a very modern salon. However, in my search for a new hairdresser, I have to say that I wasn't overly impressed with my haircut. She was about 10 mins. late to begin with. Maybe it was just the girl I had, but Im not sure if I would go back. She gave me pretty much what any other hairdresser would do when I said to give me a good trim, and some layers (which amounted to 1) Pros: Can get an appointment quickly. Cons: Expensive for run-of-the-mill work. more

Very modern. When you schedule an appointment you can almost always get an appointment the same day! The designers are young, savy and absolutely know how to do hair. The prices are reasonable for such fantastic service. You get what you ask for and never walk away disappointed!!! I highly recommend it. Pros: You walk out beautiful and looking better than you expected Cons: I can't think of any, it's a bit pricey but WORTH IT. more

I have been to many salons, and this one takes the cake! The atmosphere is one like no other in the area. Its very up -beat and modern. All the employes have to be trained under felicio before ever touching a head(even if they have been a hairdresser for x amount of years). felicio is amazing!!!!!!!!! my color is gorgeous and i have never gotten so many commplements on my cut.
