they don't answer their phones. you have to go into the store. not convenient if you are checking their hours!

Federal Glass installed a beautiful mirror in our Gym 3 years ago. I had no idea of what I wanted to do with the space, but the person I spoke to helped me out with explaining the different ways I could have my mirror made. When the installer came to measure again very nice and very helpful. The end result turned out to be outstanding!!! more

You'd better hope that things go smoothly, or else 10/24/2010

They installed mirrors in our bathrooms when our house was built, and glued them to the walls. Twelve years later the glue on one very large mirror gave out and fell. Could've killed our daughter if she'd been in the bathroom at the time!\r \r The response from Federal Glass was atrocious. Rude, unapologetic, unconcerned for our safety, or apparently for the safety of any other customer with whom they might've used a similarly flawed attachment procedure.\r \r So if you use this company, make sure you have them do more than glue mirrors to the wall. And pray you don't have anything out of the ordinary happen that forces you to deal with a customer service issue. more

Excellent Work 4/6/2010

Three years ago we did a master bathroom and needed custom glass doors for the shower. Our contractors suggested Federal Glass and we are thrilled with the frameless glass doors. They know what they are doing and even picked up on the fact that the tile entry was not slanted into the shower for proper drainage. That was fixed and the glass installer came back and presto it was done. No problems. We have just gone back and ordered a half glass door for another bathroom remodel. They are quite accommodating. poor customer service 7/27/2009

I had them do a few jobs and all was ok until I went to return something. All I wanted to do was upgrade the glass to a bigger size and was willing to pay for it, but the woman refused to do anything unless I could produce the original sales slip $15.00. I had the feeling she couldn't be bothered. The problem was clearly theirs but the women wanted to do something else while she made me drive 5 miles back to my house to get the stupid sales slip. It wasn't worth it I never went back. I ate the glass, but I'll go somewhere else next time Pros: Glass was ready on time Cons: Poor customer service more

I had a great experience with Federal, they installed a beautiful 3 piece frameless shower door. I'm going back to them to mirror my bathroom next week. more
