I would recommend Feazel. I think they did a good job and the follow through from the guy who is in charge of the crew was very good. He did very well an followed through with some questions that we had and he gave us the answers that we needed. The prices seemed pretty fair. I think there was a little trouble communicating with the person that originally came and measured the roof, he was supposed to pay attention to all the details so he could communicate with the crew and he did not do that. So, we were not happy with that. For example, we were supposed to have a skylight put in and he forgot to tell them, but like I said, the person that was in charge of the crew here went and took care of that and they took care of other things like when they forgot to communicate some work that we needed done to the roof to the people that were doing the work. But the follow through people took care of that too so that was very good. more

They did extensive work and they did it well. Timely and fair. 1/4/2017

Feazel did a very good job when they came to do some work around some Latin wood and they replaced all that and they did some extensive work around the perimeter of that. I thought that the prices were fair and they were friendly and professional. I also thought that they were very prompt and they called before they came over and I was overall very pleased them. more

fantastic job, excellent work 12/9/2016

This was my first time using the services from Feazel and I thought the did an excellent job with the work we needed. I had them come out to do some basic repair work on my home, and found the work they did to went over very well and in good time. I will definitely use Feazel again if I find myself in need of more work done on my home, and I highly recommend their services. more

Great work, reliable service. 12/8/2016

I was quite happy with the work I had done from Feazel. The workers that came out did a great job, the only downside of the work was one component of the job was left out, but when I saw this, I gave Feazel a call, and the workers came back out and fixed the issue right away. The work went very well, and they had great customer service, I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services. more

Excellent! 12/1/2016

The service Feazel gave was great, they were fantastic. They roofed our house, they had to take off two layers of roof, and I have a Victorian home! They had to do some really steep peaks, and deal with a lot of foliage around the house. We have flowers and bushes which they protected as they worked. As they were throwing off the roof, they cleared it out the yard, so it wasn't piling up or anything. They got done in about two days! I'm really satisfied with the work they did. After 6 or 7 months, the roof started to peel off some and they came out to take care of it. more

Great job. 11/8/2016

I hired Feazel to replace the roof on my house. They started tearing the old roof off at 8am. I left and came back about 2pm. They were completely finished with the roof and had totally cleaned everything up. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they did the job. We wanted a new asphalt shingle roof with a longer warranty. Their price was pretty good. I had a little miscommunication about who was supposed to pay what when it came to the insurance company. I recommend this company, but if you are using your insurance to help pay for it, be sure that all parties concerned are aware of how much each is expected to pay. more

Great Job 11/3/2016

I would give Feazel a 10 out of 5! The salesman was terrific! The workers were quick, efficient and I could not believe the clean-up that they did. It was great. They were a little lower than the other estimates that we had gotten, but even if they were a tiny bit higher, we would have gone with them because of the salesman. more

2 years ago, they didn't have the product that I needed to fix one particular issue. 11/1/2016

Feazel probably came to my house 2 years ago and I'm trying to remember exactly what happened. I think I ended up going with a different roofing company because I had a slant in my roof and the other roofing company had la rubber like product that they used and worked much better for my situation. It was some time ago so maybe the company now has what I needed back then but at the time, they came to do some work but it didn't solve my problem so I ended up going with a different roofing company and that company also identified another area in the front of my home that needed work. Feazel was very friendly and timely, unfortunately back then they didn't have the product that I needed to fix that particular issue. more

Our Roof is Beautiful! 10/7/2016

I heard about Feazel from the television. They were responsible for removing the the old roof from our 3 bedroom ranch style home and replacing it with a new one. The company sent out a large crew and the men worked very fast to complete the project which took not even an entire whole day to finish; in fact, they were done before the evening time - before it began to get dark outside. The results of the new roof is wonderful - it's a beautiful roof! My husband and I are truly satisfied with the results. We thought that their prices were reasonable since we were interested in a company that uses better and quality materials at which Feazel does; we searched around and looked at other companies and some had lower prices, however, when it came to their material we felt like Feazel had the best selection to choose from. We wanted a roof that would never leak and would last us for a lifetime since we are a retired couple. more

Great!!! 9/12/2016

I was referred to Feazel by a good friend of mine and scheduled an appointment for an estimate to be done. They were quick to respond and very accommodating with my schedule. I ended up having a friend offer to help and we did the project ourselves. However, Feazel would have been my top choice for certain. I felt that the quote was very fair and have only heard good things from my friends and associates that have used them. Still - I was very impressed - and that was just with the estimate! more

Feazel has done work for me in the past and they have done a good job, so I hired them to put a new roof in my house. Originally, I called them about a repair but then they ended up coming out and doing a whole roof. I filled out a questionnaire and then I got a call yesterday confirming they would be finishing up shortly. Mechanically the job is done but cosmetically there are still two little things to finish. They were going to come last Monday but I believe that the weather wasn't cooperating, so, I'll have to call Jeremy and schedule a time for them to come and finish this up. more

They do great work 7/8/2016

I have to say that the guys over at Feazel are really great and they do excellent work. My only downside with these guys is that their phone system is really bad and it takes them a little while to answer calls. Other than that though everything else is top notch in terms of quality and professionalism, I just wish it was easier to call them. more

Feazel was excellent. We needed to get a new roof because our old one was getting too old. We got a new roof installed, but they had to come back to install another part of it. It was my first time using them, and I would use them again. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family. Also, there was an ease of finance because I got 18 months of interest free financing. more

I just have to start out by saying that Jason from Feazel is awesome. He was my sales representative, my advocate, and the reason that I was able to get the job done at all. I had a few issues with my insurance company and he got it all straightened out, he really just said the right things to them and got the job approved. The guys then came out and they did a great job for me. When they finished their work, my neighbor told me that not only did they do a clean sweep of everything, they took a shop vac around the whole house to make sure there were no stray nails or loose debris. I am incredibly impressed with how thorough of a clean up they did. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat and cannot say enough good things about them. more

Overall great experience 6/6/2016

I recently had some work done for me by the guys over at Feazel and as far as the work goes I was extremely impressed. The guys were very professional and they worked really hard. They displayed a good knowledge of what they were doing in the efficient way that they got the work done. Overall it was a really great experience, the only hiccup being the clean up. I had to call them to come back and clean up some of the materials after they finished the work. Other than that though they were great and I am incredibly happy with the final product! more

Did a great job. 5/31/2016

We could not be happier with the work that the guys over at Feazel did for us. Every single person that worked on our roof and gutters was more than polite and very professional. They completely explained what they were doing and why which we really appreciated. On top of doing a great job, they also cleaned up very well after themselves which was a huge plus for us, because we have had other work done where the people don't clean up very well after themselves. They did all of the work in a very timely fashion as well which was nice. Everything was just really good and we have not had a problem since they started doing the work so we really could not be happier! more

But, what they have done it's been fine so far and if you ask me in one week or so, I'm sure rating will go up.
