Of course it is your choice but you are taking a HUGE risk with this dentist office. \r I initially went for the special $59.00 which included a cleaning of my teeth and 18 X-rays only to be told that I had 2 cavities. Because this is a dentist office I trusted what was said. So I scheduled to have the cavities filled.. Minor stuff right! I have done this before NO BIG THING. \r \r On Oct 31st 2014 I went for my appointment only to be told after I was numbed that I needed something else done with filling of the cavities and while under medication of the numbing medicine I had to sign for authorization of the extra to be done and pay more money. Oh did I say I have NO INSURANCE I paid out of my pocket. $$$$$$.... \r \r Once finish and after WHOLE LOT of drilling which concerned me I paid and left the office only to now have constant pain in one of my tooth filled and I was biting into the another tooth because the filling was too high so I called and went back the following week for a bit adjustment. By this time my tooth is extremely sore yet the dentist drilled some more to adjust the filling. A couple of days past and I am still having pain and still biting into the bottom tooth but now it is very sore and very sensitive to hot, cold, room temperature, cake, gum just about anything that touches the tooth. \r \r I call the office and they schedule me to come in the following week for another bit adjustment. Only this time the doctor numbed me again to drill some more. After this my tooth just does not feel like it did before but what was done is done as long as there is no more pain. Well from 10/31/14 to present I am still in been in pain with this very tooth only to have gone to another dentist and now I have been told that the filling is a little deep and that the nerve in my tooth is crumpt (meaning damaged nerve - no repairing). Result a Root Canal cost $2,000. Did I say I don't have Insurance and a single mom so that is out of my pocket... \r \r I then contacted FEATHERTOUCH DENTAL to be surprisingly advise them that my paperwork stated that I may need a root canal. However, the dentist never discussed or even mentioned this to me but somehow it is now in my paperwork that I was refused a copy of when I asked for it. Frankly if he had mentioned this to me then why go thru the procedure of the filling I asked and the response I got back was ""the dentist did not know"" Huh! Really! Now I am convinced that don't know what they are doing at this office frankly the response made NO Sense. Really why waste the money for the filling if I needed a root canal when I arrived at your office with NO ISSUES ~ Really makes no sense. \r \r So I lost $260.00 for service not needed only to pick up a bill for $2,000 for a service I now need that was caused by the Dentist but they refuse to take ownership of the negligence at FEATHER TOUCH dental. \r \r OVERVIEW... Feather Touch does not care about the health, procedures or what is right. They only care about the money. They don't want to deal with what they have done wrong, or damages that the patient has incurred because THE DENTIST MESSED UP! and even denied me a copy of my medical records.\r \r CONSUMER BEWARE NOTICE. more

IT WAS PERFECT LAST WEEK ...which was August 2 2014. But today, August 7 2014 I walked in to find MID TREATMENT that my dentist is gone, the choice was made wlithout any concern for mid treatment patients who WANT THE DENTIST THEY STARTED WITH. My husband who has tens of thousands of dollars of work ongoing is going to be off the charts angry and disgusted by this change. No corporation is qualified to make my personal care choices. It was not thier right to make that choice, they made a choice for the company that resulted in them making a personal care choice for me without my knowledge that the choice was being made. It is not their place to make that choice and they will get sick and tired of reading bad reviews all over the internet. If my insurance was billed for my crowns I expect them to FIX THAT MESS because they aren't doing any more work in my mouth I intend to find MY DENTIST, THE DENTIST I SOUGHT OUT AND CHOSE FOR MYSELF. more

I had my orthodontic treatment done here and I got to know the staff for a whole year now. What I can say about this office is that its a busy office and everyone that works there is very happy and customer service is exceptional. The ladies were work hard and believe in there service. I always have a great visit and they always make me smile. When I walk in they already know me and make me feel special. Thank you ladies for your great service, keep up the good job. I recommend this office to everyone. Pros: customer service is exceptional more

Don't go here. I was over charged for a procedure according to my insurance explanation benefit form. This office never contacted me regarding my credit on my account. It seems like they wanted to keep my credit. When I called the office about my credit Shana explain that the office leaves the credit on my account until I come back for more dental services and they would apply credit any dental treatment. I explain to Shana that if I have a credit on my account I believe the right thing to do is refund my over payment. I also explain that my next dental cleaning appointment would be 6 months away and my insurance covers my cleaning at 100%. It seem like this office doesn't want to refund anyone's credit unless someone ask for it. I did request my credit to be refund to me ASAP. After arguing with this person the refund was given to me. I told my co-workers about the credit on my account and their looking into there accounts too. I also notices this office can't keep its staff there is a high turn over. Something is just not right with how they conduct business. \r \r more
