Great service!!! I had a leaking hose bib and in this neighborhood with our water rates, that's a huge emergency. Although they couldn't make it till the next day, when i explained the situation they made some room for me. They called when they were in route, very professional and polite. That poor guy had to work in the middle of a snowstorm and kept a nice attitude the whole time. They charged what they said they would and found out that their rates are actually lower compared to other companies in the area. I'll be calling them again. more

Bad Business\r \r called this company to find out how much it would be for them to snake my drains from the septic tank to the house. They told me over the phone it would be $125.00. The technician came out and determined that the septic tank was full and needed pumped so he did not provide the service of snaking out my drains, he merely moved the buildup in front of the pipe with a shovel which took five minutes...but proceeded to charge me for the entire service. He knew I was upset so he discounted my bill by 15 dollars. I completely understand charging a reasonable trip fee (most other companies quoted around either free estimates or a simple $50 trip charge to come out to my location since I live in the country) but to quote me $125 for a service that you didn't provide and then still charge me $110 for it is beyond my capacity to understand. I think it is crooked and bad business...I certainly will never call on this company again. more
