Mark from Fast Water Heater Company worked in a very professional manner and was extremely courteous when installing our new water heater. He was very helpful and explained all the new codes that we needed to know about. He even cleaned up after himself! I was very impressed with the service that we received and I would definitely use their services again. more

I would never call anyone else 12/12/2010

NOW THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH FAST WATER HEATER COMPANY, I WOULD NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE!\r \r We just bought a new water heater and had it installed. Here are some of the highlights.\r \r While purchasing the water heater, the sales person at Sears called the owner of Fast, and asked a couple questions about the installation. This actually enabled us to get our old water heater running until they were able to get the new one installed. BIG PLUS!\r \r Chad was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could start early. This made us happy.\r \r When Chad arrived, he was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. The new water heater is bigger than the old one. He needed to figure out if it would fit and how it would fit in the space we have. He explained our options given the code for electric heaters, and he gave us options. Great service done right the first time! 11/29/2010

Mark, from Fast Water Heater Company installed my new 40 gallon water heater. He called me within thirty minutes of arriving to verify. Once he arrived at my home he kindly greeted me and asked to see the area where he would be installing. Mark thoroughly inspected the area and made suggestions for the installation including safety precautions. I appreciated his knowledge and concern for my family's safety. Mark installed my new water heater and completely cleaned the entire area. Fast Water Heater Company and Mark provided me the service I needed and exceeded my expectations! more

Mark, the gentleman who installed our water heater was very professional and knowledgable. He was precise, efficient and went out of his way to show my husband all the features of the newly installed water heater. When asked about the details of the charges, he explained why each item is needed and did not do any high pitch selling of other items that are not mandatory. He cleaned the area after he was finished. I highly recommend Fast Water Heater Company to be the company to install any home water heater. Thank you. more

A Definite THUMBS UP!!! 8/24/2010

We had a new water heater installed yesterday and we were greatly impressed with the speed and skill demonstrated by Chad C. of Fast Water Heater Company! He did an excellent job and arrived on time. Our water heater is now up to current codes and he didn't pressure us into unneccessary changes. We will definitely go through them again should the need arise, and we will be recommending them to all of our friends! more

Emergency fix! 6/30/2010

Had some warranty work for water heater, and they came out within 24 hours....technician and company were very good at keeping in contact about arrival time, tech got here after 630pm, finsished job at 9pm...was extremely thorough, explained what he was doing, any alternatives, and the work was professional, excellent and couldnt be happier. more

Sears gave us Fast Water Heater Company's name as installers for our replacement water heater. The telephone staff was very helpful and courteous. Jarod installed a water heater in our home 5-13-10. He was very polite, courteous, willing to answer questions, seemingly very knowledgable about his task, did a clean job and cleaned the area well before leaving. We were extremely pleased with his work.\r My only complaint is that it took more than 48 hours to get someone to install a water heater that I was told Sears had in stock. Perhaps this is a normal wait time and I am not aware of that.. Jarod did explain that it took longer because a technician in San Diego hurt his back and they had to call him down from Modesto to help with the work load.. The telephone staff gave me additional phone numbers to call to ask for earlier installation, but after many phone calls, we had to settle for the original appointment of 48+ hours later. more

Although the company charged me over a $1,200 to bring my heater to code, I am very pleased with their work. They were very efficient, concerned that the job was done right. Was surprised to find out the techs were brothers (Chad & Derck Cron). I would definitly recommend this company to anyone needing to have a water heater installed. Very expensive but I feel it was worth it. more
