Locators work strictly on commissions paid from the properties. That commission can range from nothing, yes sometimes they do not pay the locators, to a percentage of the monthly rental rate. Locators do allot of hard work for FREE! There is no SCAM, why do people EXPECT to be paid when a locator finds them a place to live? more

Wow yea what can I say other than complete scam! They will send you apartments listings, and bug the tar out of you until you sign a lease, but the money they promise to give you for using their service after your apartment complex pays them is a complete pile of lies. My husband and I have been in a leasing agreement for 3 months now and are still awaiting our money from Lee and his disgraceful office!! I have called and emailed him several times. It's as if he has fallen off the face of the earth. I have given them one star, but honeslty it is only because this site will not except the review without at least one more

NEVER USE FAST AND FREE. I USED AND AS SOON AS I PUT THEIR NAME ON MY LEASE... THEY WOULD NOT RETUEN NUMEROUS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.\r THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOU.\r THEY WILL IGNORE YOU.\r \r DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU! more
