Recently moved my auto and home insurance from Mark Ball Insurance in Malibu to Liberty Mutual. There was a miscommunication on both of our parts as to what was and wasn't covered while my household goods were in storage. There was damage and I contacted Mark Ball to discuss, yet he didn't respond. Upon following up again, I received a stern two line email. So out of principle, I moved my insurances to Liberty Mutual. Not only did he perpetuate the stereotype of ""agents running the other way as soon as something happens,"" upon my research I found Farmers does not have the highest marks in customer experience. Lessons learned for me. Out of all the businesses, neighbors and friends in Malibu -- he turned out to be the only bad apple in the lot. Not bad for a city of 13,000!
