I had a great deal of difficulty communicating with Dana in this office. She failed to return phonecalls and responded to business emails with ""happy faces"" instead of words. She asked me for the same information over and over, frequently writing it down wrong. When I called her on this she became defensive and angry. After a week of trying to work with her I switched from this office to the Burbank office where I am extremely happy. Burbank had me signed up in a professional manner and I was on the road the next day.
Pros: Farmers is an outstanding insurer
Cons: One bad apple can ruin the bunch
