The installers were efficient, came when they said they would, and when they finished they left everything neat and orderly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted a new furnace installed. more

Honesty at a fair price. 7/18/2012

I dealt with a number of different air conditioning companies. I work in a large three story BMW facility in Newport Beach, and anytime we have an AC, heating, or vent issue we call Family Heat and Air. We have to use them quite often for the facility because of temperature variability. They are spot on, family run, and they do the work when they tell you they're going to do something. They order parts for me, they come in, and 99 of the time, they give the right analysis in choosing a particular part. We have no time for a lot of screw-ups, and Family Heat and Air provides honesty at a fair price. I would recommend them to anybody, and I have recommended them to family and neighbors already. more

We have been using Family Heat and Air for about 7 or 8 years now. They do our regular service maintenance and at a good price. They are quick to respond to service requests and they are easy to reach. They always communicate when there is an issue regarding charges. more

Loved these guys! Hard working, professional and really, really kind & helpful! 7/17/2012

We are so happy we chose "Family Heat & Air" to install a new furnace and an entirely new a/c system. John and his team are wonderful! They worked hard, answered all our questions, and gave us a very fair price quote. In addition, they cleaned everything up beautifully when they were finished! They are a trustworthy, reliable business that we felt comfortable with in our home. I would recommend Family Heating & A/C to everyone I know... they are great... and really nice to boot!! more

Excellent Company 4/26/2012

John Hopton from Family Heating installed a full heating and AC unit for me. I found his guys to be very professional and honest. Not only was John about $2000.00 less than the other two quotes I received, John charged me what he quoted. I have referred Family Heating and Air to my customers and will continue to use him for all my HVAC needs. more

Don't trust their estimates 2/22/2012

I got three estimates on moving my AC do put in a deck, then re-connecting it once the deck was in. These guys seemed to be the best choice.\r \r BOTH times they charged more than they said. Of course when I called in to complain they said it was not their fault, it took longer than they expected... etc.\r \r The bottom line is; DON'T TRUST THEM. more
