PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! I used them to clean my wedding dress a few weeks before my wedding, and the COMPLETELY RUINED MY DRESS! I had swaroski crystals on the top that were completely missing, beading hanging off, loose strings everywhere, they completely ruined the silk skirt, the flower attachment on the side was flattened and ruined, and the bussel that I paid lots of money to put in the dress was completely ripped out!!!!! more

Worst Dry Cleaners 5/1/2008

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY LOST MY SHIRT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY GAVE ME 2 SHIRTS ONE WAS MINE ONE WASN'T. AFTER THE OWNER FOUND IT (IN A DIFFERENT STORE) HE SAID ITS NO BIG DEAL. IT WAS A BIG DEAL BC THEY WERE EXPENSIVE. HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THEY WERE CHEAP. HAHHA HE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO IDEA THATS WHY HE OWNS A LITTLE DRY CLEANERS STORE.
