Dog's best friend 12/7/2012

I have been using Fairmount Pet Services almost daily for the last year and a half. After I experienced a traumatic personal event, I needed to quickly find someone who would provide regular and consistent companionship for my dog Sasha during the daytime. I required a walker who I could trust in my home, who was reliable and insured, who I felt cared about my dog, and who could work around my schedule. Jim from Faimount Pet Service fit the bill. He has been a God-send. In fact, over time I've come to think of him as a key member of my service network, the way a parent values a good babysitter! I highly recommend Fairmount Pet Services to anyone requiring care for their "best friend." more

Being a dog parent, I always worry about my dog Dagwood. He can be an anxcious dog that doesn't trust people straight away. For this reason I did a lot of research for pet sitters when I had to go overseas and I choose Fairmount Pet Service. Jim really adapts to a dog straight away and treats each dog in a unique way, considering their own individual personality. This worked out so well with Dagwood, even when we meet Jim in the street during our walks, Dagwood wants to be with him! more

Fantastic Dog Walker!!! 4/20/2010

I was given a puppy for Christmas and due to my busy work schedule I needed a trust worthy and reliable dog walker right away. I contacted Jim and he has been my daily dog walker everyday since. He is extremely flexible and has done a fantastic job with my puppy. Everyday he leaves a card so when I get home from work I can see how she behaved and even if she went to the bathroom. He even called me one day when something seemed wrong with her. Jim is not only trustworthy, but is also reliable, friendly and has an unbeatable rate! I highly recommend Fairmount Pet Service for anyone in the Art Museum area looking for a dog walker. Thanks Jim! more

Let's just say our dog has had her fair share of issues, but Jim's been very helpful as we've tried to figure out her routine. We've worked with him for probably a year and a half and have only had positive experiences. more

Reliable, Affordable Dog Walker in Fairmount 3/15/2010

For a year and a half, Jim has walked my dog on weekdays when I need to work long hours. He accommodates my schedule and charges very reasonable fees. I can rely on him to leave me some feedback after each walk (whether my dog went to the bathroom #1 and/or #2; whether he gave my dog a snack, etc.). He also lets me know if my dog behaves unusually. In addition to all of this, he has taken some really beautiful photographs of my dog! I really appreciate his services, and hope others will give him a try. more
