Rude and incompetent staff 8/15/2010

The staff here are not only rude and uneducated, they have no sense that they are even working at a business that should be trying to keep customers--not push them away. Whoever owns this place must not really want to make money. more

Bad service 4/17/2006

This is not a good hardware store. There is a much better one on 13th and girard called Kessler's. The service at Fairmount Hardware is really bad, with employees not knowing where things are at (even in their really small store) and too often giving disinformation. more
