My family has been going to Fairfield Medical Group my entire life, so for almost 21 years. I pretty much hate dealing with those insolent, rude, ghastly, annoying, terrible, bitter, pretentious, lowly, stupid, receptionists as much as hot bacon grease in my eye. Maybe more. Every time I call I am very polite and try to be a little of a burden as possible. But they don't even really listen they are very snide and don't seem to want to help you at all. In fact they sound downright offended that you called YOUR doctor's office to use the services that YOU are paying for through stupidly priced insurance! What the hell. I am paying for your salary you selfish little laskdjsdjfodfl. The doctors there are fine. But F***K the receptionists. They are the worst people. SO damn rude.
