I was very apprehensive about getting braces as an adult and put it off for 10 years. Dr. Fairbanks and his staff far exceeded my expectations. Their facility is beautiful and state of the art, his staff is well trained and very professional, the wait time was never more than 5 minutes, which I appreciated because of my tight schedule, and my treatment time was exactly as he explained - one year. I could not be happier and I highly recommend this office to anyone considering braces. more

I went into this appointment with my daughter unsure of what to expect. I can happily say that it went far better than expected. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The condition was explained so clearly. Neither me nor my daughter left their with any uncertainties. Thus far, we are very pleased and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist. more

Dr. Fairbanks has a way of making even the 'worst news' such as '4 more weeks' seem like no big deal. He puts my children at ease immediately and explains everything in a way that is easy for them to understand. He also provides the details to me that allow me to have confidence that I am providing the best Ortho care for my children. more

Dr. Fairbanks and his staff have been truly amazing!! We have had some difficulty with my daughter's case (due to her teeth, not the office)...and they were awesome about everything. My daughter had to have oral surgery, and the doctor they referred was amazing as well! They also throw a really fun pool party every August!!! more
