Once again amazing service! I was able to make an appointment quickly and was seen on time. Sean is a wealth of knowledge and explains everything so I understand what is going on with my car. And they don't try to cheat you! I will keep coming here! more

Car Repairs 1st Time customer 10/21/2011

It was my first time as a customer and everyone was very pleasent and cooperative. They kept me up to date on each repair they were doing and always notified me in advance if they found someting else that needed repair. They always asked before starting any additional repairs to get my permission to perform the repair. Thier fees seemed to be inline with other repair shops and maybe even a little lower. They even give a military/veterans discount. Iwould be happy to refer any of my freinds to visit them for a quote on repairs. Al gibbons Vacaville more

EVEN FIXED MY CLOCKSPRING :o) 10/18/2011

Needed to have my clockspring replaced, which I heard can be pretty daunting. Dropped my car off early in the morning and was being called back a short time later to say all was finsihed. Great Work, Fast, Thanks Again!!! more

The two nicest people i have meet dealing with my car 10/14/2011

the service I got it family auto care was fantastic. the only issue I have the entire time was an issue due to the fact that the ordering of my part too much longer than I wanted to. Nicole and Sean are great people they gave me a free oil change as compensation. I'll be going back soon more
