Dr. Corpus is a very pleasant optometrist. Eye Designs has a good selection of stylish frames and friendly staff. However, sometimes the small shop is too crowded and wait times can be long in the evening. Overall, a good place to look for frames, but come early. more

There is no quality control for the lens grinding that Eye Design Optometry provides. My prescription was horribly off in my right eye. They refused to correct the mistake. I took my glasses to Kaiser optometry and the verified that the lens was not ground properly and was amazed that I could not see in my right eye. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. more

I totally agree with previous reviews on here this place is HORRIBLE!!! A house filled with a LOAD OF USELESS staff that can careless about their patients! This place is way tooooooooo small with very little movement space to look at glasses/sunglasses and very little sitting area. At times people had to sit in areas where they usually do consultations with patients. \r \r Staff is VERY rude and UNHELPFUL. I had a difficult time picking out glasses and the staff was getting very inpatient and force me on picking out glasses that I didn't like. So when they called me the following week to let me know my glasses were ready for pick up. I took them home and started to wear them around the house and was very upset on how uncomfortable they were so the very next morning I called them and they were willing to let me exchange them so I did and when back in there. This time I had a different associate and almost the same experience but this time worst. I really like one pair of glasses and the associate like a different one. Well she wasn't willing to sell me the ones I like due to the fact she didn't like them but I fought with her and she finally let me have my way (which I should NEVER have to argue with you since I'm a paying customer/patient), and made notes in my file on how she didn't feel comfortable with me buying them and had my sign in which I did sign. So it took about another week to get my new glasses and when I went to go pick them up I tired them on and love it but then later on in the day I notice that the glasses I had where the ones on display with the design and metal logo was about to fall off (You would think since your paying so much for glasses that you would get brand new ones fresh out the box). So I had to drive back down to their off and had to fight another battle with them which eventually I won. But till this day my glasses are uncomfortable due to the fact they aren't willing to make any adjustment to them. So I 'm basically fed up with and refuse to go back because everytime I do its always a battle with them. Pros: ZERO Cons: EVERYTHING more

Eye Design has an unskillful, inept front office staff and Eye Design does not stand behind their work. If you go to Eye Design, do not sign for your glasses until you make sure they are right and not damaged. They sell frames from the displays and lie about ordering new ones. They sold me a pair of glasses that were badly scratched within one hour of buying them I brought them back to show them but Eye Design did not want to resolve the issue in a professional standard. They don't even possess the most basic customer service skills. Pros: Because they lack repeat biz you can get in quick Cons: Eye Design has rude support staff more

A great store for professional and dressy clothing. Also if you like to be a little more dressy in your casual clothes. I love the fit of these clothes! And sometimes the sales are hard to walk away from. more
