Professional and Prompt 10/11/2011

I've been going to Eye Designs for my eye care for over 10 years. Specifically, I've been seeing Dr. Murphy for over 30 years. His offices are always prompt...rarely make you wait past your appointment time...and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On my last visit, the person assisting me with my frames went out of her way to help me avoid costs my insurance wouldn't cover. It saved me about $100 out of pocket. more

Overall Great Experience 10/9/2011

The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Willing to listen to my questions and and concerns. Very straight-forward. The sales associates are not pushy, trying to sell more expensive frames and lenses. They helped me pick out what I needed. Thanks! more

The ED OPT Staff are professional, pleasant, and reflect a humble expertise. I decided, with some anxiety, to explore a new frame style...recommended by an employee on her day off, I made the purchase and was pleased with the result. The selection of frames was good but more so was the quality of selection that I was impressed with. Now...if I could somehow get a good deal, there is a pair of Gold & Wood sunglasses I have my 'eyes' on...seriously! Peace. Ed more

Extensive notes were in my file; however, the final notes failed to detail the exact amount my insurance covered for frames. Luckily I knew and the Maria was willing to take my word for it. more

I went to Eye Designs in Arden Mall in Sacramento. I was a walk in with a pre worked prescribtion. Although the girl at the front desk was not very inviting in attitude she did hand me over to another employee named Samantha. Sam was great; very patient, very honest, very knowledgeable and very delightful. Sam made the difference from a not so great greeting to a good experience. Thank you Samanatha. :-) more

Good optometry center 9/22/2011

Several years ago, I learned a lot about the importance of regular eye exams, and I also learned some of the differences between private eye care practitioners and the general "LensCrafters" types of eye care practitioners. I am glad to be in the care of the optometrists at Eye Care Designs. Many of the opticians are very helpful, and the staff generally shows passion for the work that they do. more

As always, Eye Designs employs people who take the time to give great customer service. The optometrist, John Baskett, definitively answered my questions about contact lenses versus glasses. The optician, Rose Kane, was very patient in helping me find safety glasses that fit my work specifications, and everyday glasses that fit my face and make a fashion statement. They've also remodeled and have a sharp new streamlined look. I've received excellent service for several years, and would recommend Eye Designs to anyone. more

Love this place! They have fast customer service, everyone is great and the docs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Corpus is excellent in providing expert advise in eye health. My whole family comes here and I recommend this place to everyone I know. more

Excellent customer service from Dr. Pham-Murphy 8/25/2011

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I came in Monday at 11AM with a co-worker to view a frame ordered for me, hoping to beat the Noon rush of peole picking up glasses/browsing. I ran into a wait and Dr. Pham-Murphy was kind enough to talk with me, offer to get the frame for me to see, and even checked-in/validated a pair of Rx sunglasses that had come in that day unbeknownst to me. She couldn't have been kinder and more customer-focused. Thank you!!! more
