Worst

The staff here are very cold and rude to customers. The only thing they want to do is to ""find"" problems on the car and charge you a lot.

I have had a bad experience with this place, and I would not recommend it. I do not understand all the positive reviews, I found out from another place purely by accident that Holiday Exxon has been doing a poor job of servicing my Honda. Some parts were installed backwards, old parts were used when I paid for new; I was not warned of things that needed to be replaced because of wear and tear, therefore, my safety was compromised. I took my car there for five years, was a loyal customer, and now I feel stupid. I was duped! I wrote to the owner, Mohammed. after all the bad news was revealed to me to give him a chance to respond, as he knows me. I heard nothing. That further inflamed my disappointment and anger. Don't go there! Owner is not trustworthy. Craftsmanship is poor.the place is filthy. I learned the hard way. more

\r I have a 2003 Toyota Camry and was always suspect of inexpensive oil changes as most shops will use generic oil and cheap filters. Paying just a little extra for a quality oil change and filter was not that much more at all! Holiday Exxon was friendly to deal with and they gave me a list of things I need to consider to keep my car running at top notch. I highly recommend the professionals at Holiday Exxon; as some wise man said, ""Using an amateur for auto repairs will end up costing much more than using a professional"". more

They are the best. I took my 2003 Honda Accord to Holiday Exxon with a noisy engine that sounded like a bearing was failing. They were able to pinpoint it to the A/C compressor assembly and pull the belt so I could drive my car. They didn't charge me a thing. Their estimate to fix the A/C, including labor, was what the dealer wanted to charge me for just the part. I'll definitely be taking my car back to them. more

I stopped by Holiday Exxon before work one day to get a quote on a radiator repair. They were able to very quickly give me a price, and promised to have the job done by the end of the next day. I picked up my car as promised with no problems whatsoever. The staff is friendly and make me really appreciate a good family-owned business. I'd go back for any car repair. more

Mohamed and his team at Holiday Exxon Service are great at what they do and very friendly as well as prompt. The pricing is reasonable and they go out of their way to make sure that they only address the problem at hand, without inflation and or unnecessary additions. I am thankful to have met them and will remain a client. more

I highly recommend them to anyone! I had no idea what was wrong with my car and the other places I called wanted to charge almost $100 just to diagnose! I brought my car in here, they diagnosed the problem for me and were very helpful and informative. They charged a very fair price and my car was running great within 2 hours! I am definitely bringing my car back at Holiday Exxon if I have any issues in the future. more

I had taken my car to another shop because my AC was not working. I didnt feel comfortable with that shop so I took it to Holiday Exxon and thank God I did. Mohamed was so helpful, he showed me exactly what was wrong, ordered the parts and repaired it. These guys stand behind their work, they are honest and pleasant. I am a customer for life. more

My family have used the services of Holiday Exxon for over 20 years. During that time they've serviced over 20 different vehicles for us, both business and personal, most of which we've brought to them repeatedly. That's a lot of opportunities to make a mistake, but Mohamed and His team have always been on top of it, providing prompt, professional service and maintenance and great communication. I can't speak highly enough about Holiday Exxon, and I definitely won't go anywhere else for my automotive needs for as long as I'm in Charlottesville. more

I looked around for a shop that could properly fix my ABS/Electrical issues I was having on my Mercedes that I thought only the dealer could fix. I took it into Holiday Exxon, and they knew right away what was wrong with it and turned the car around quick. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended more

Got a groupon for a free oil change here once when I first moved to Charlottesville and been going ever since. They are super friendly and it's really easy to schedule appointments and they're pretty flexible. Free wi-fi while you wait . Would recommend/have recommended to all my friends and colleagues. more

I was referred to Holiday Exxon Service Center in 2010. Since then I've returned several times for different vehicles. Each time the quality of work, price quote and professionalism were exceptional. No issues with getting our vehicles returned when promised. They've also been most helpful getting a rental car. If you select them, you won't be disappointed. more

Holiday Exxon actually told me the maintenance I shouldn't get, so as to save money in the long run and do what's best for my car. A mechanic shop who goes out of their way to give you advice and really save you money is a rare thing in the past. I would recommend this place to all my friends. more

Made an appointment to get my car inspected. Person on phone was great. Got me in on time. People were helpful and kind. I don't feel like I was swindled into anything that I didn't need. Got my work done while I waited. Overall GREAT experience. Plus, they have WiFi in their waiting room so if you wait for your car work to be done, you wont get bored! Will definitely take my car there again! more

My Husband first found out about Holiday Exxon 4 years ago. We have been going back ever since. The quality of work is outstanding. The customer service is excellent as well. Mechanics in this shop give good information and do not try to rip you off. All the repairs they recommend actually need to get done or will need to be soon. I will continue to take my vehicles to them as long as they are open. Keep up the excellent work guys. more

Fast and Friendly shop I brought my honda civic car which had blown head gasket to Holiday Exxon. I was expecting the vehicle to be ready in few days. I was surprised when I got a call from the shop that my vehicle was ready the next day. It was the first time I came to the shop. They treated me like an old customer and friend.
