Worst

The staff here are very cold and rude to customers. The only thing they want to do is to ""find"" problems on the car and charge you a lot.

Dedicated for customer service 6/5/2011

dedicated for customer service. was traveling from new york and the turbo charger of my vehicle broke down when I got to Charlottesville in the weekend. I called almost all the shops in charlottesville and no one was able to fix it over the weekend except Holiday Exxon. I greatly appreciate for going out of your way to help me out at a difficult time. My family will always remember your assistance more

Fast and professional service. did a state in spection and oil change on the last day of the month. Liked the customer service and quality of the work. Would definately comeback if I need other services. more

Honest Shop and Good Mechanic 1/14/2011

Timing Belt of our chrysler broke down while we were traveling in charlottesville. We called Holiday Exxon. They arranged the towing and fixed the vehicle in the same day. We liked the cost and service. We recommended to Holiday to all our friends in Charlottesville more

Good shop to service your vehicle 12/14/2010

We brought our vehicle at holiday exxon for brake problem. The shop diagnosed the brake problem and suggested that we change the master cylinder. We were happy with the pricing. we would recommend that you take your vehicle at Holiday Exxon. You will like the mangement and mechanic at this shop more

Good problem solvers 12/12/2010

12/12/2010 I had a noise problem with my vehicle. Friend of mine recommended me to take it to Holiday Exxon. The shop provided a free loaner car while my vehicle was serviced. I was happy with the service and would recommend this shop if you have any vehicle problem. The shop has good management and certified mechanics. more

Fast and convenient service 10/20/2010

I was traveling through charlottesville and timing belt of my vehicle broke. I called several shops, but only Holiday exxon was able to do it in the same day at a good price. I apprciated what they have done for me and recommended this shop to all my friends in charlottesville. They also gave me a loaner car free of charge while I was waiting for my vehicle. more

Holiday exxon provides shuttle to and from the shop or they give you free loaner car. My father used this shop and I service my vehicle at this shop now. I can say that I am happy with the service I am getting from holiday exxon. If you service your vehicle at the dealer, I would urge that you try at Holiday exxon with almost half the price. more

We have been servicing our vehicle at Holiday Exxon for years. I am happy to service my vehicle with honest and reliable people. You can always find someone to fix your vehicle, but it is difficult to find now adays honest mechanic. several of my work colleages told me that they used to go to the dealer, but they service their vehicle at Holiday Exxon now more
