No to Special Orders 12/20/2010

I was looking for a hard to find coral and this company had it in stock but not posted on the web site. I was so excited that I did not question the high price. A week later I saw the same coral posted but the price was $200 less than I paid. \r \r I placed this order over the phone. The $25 discount for first time buyers was not applied. I was told my account would be credited. I did not receive the credit or response to my follow up as to why it was not applied.\r \r Don't do business with these people over the phone and don't place a special order unless you are into price gouging.\r \r \r more

Horrible Customer Service 9/25/2010

Beware of dealing with their customer service. I had an issue that came up, a coral that wasn't shipped out to me, and I got charged for it anyway. When I brought this up to them, they re-wrote their refund policy around my situation. Needless to say, they kept my money, and I am still without a product. On top of that, it took me over 3 months to get an answer to the problem...everyone I talked to kept blowing me off. MAKE SURE you have a copy of their shipping & return policy before you approach their customer service about an issu more
