A hassle-free experience 10/17/2014

Extra Space Place is located right near where I live, so it's very convenient for me. Every time I have gone there, it has always been a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The interior of the storage room was clean and presentable when I first came. I keep my family heirlooms there. more

Very worthy 10/3/2014

I use Extra Space Place as my storage unit. They are very informative, their prices are reasonable, and they alert you of when the bill is due ahead of time, so you're not taken by surprise. If you need help moving your items into storage, they are happy to help. They are affordable and dependable. more

Good Experience. 9/26/2014

I was an older customer of Extra Space Place. I used their services for about two years. We recently moved into a new home and no longer needed our unit. I would say that a good storage place can be described as clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. Extra Space Place met all of those qualities. The manager was also friendly and very capable. I would recommend their location. more

Extra Space Place is reasonably priced and run by some great people. It's easy to get to and feels extremely secure and kept well. The staff is polite, professional, and accommodating. I've had no problems with them so far and would recommend their facilities to anyone. more

The girl that runs Extra Space Place is very helpful and friendly. She is just a nice person and somebody that I would like to know. The units are clean, and there are no rodent infestations. more

Overall it's been a pleasant experience 6/18/2014

My recent experiences with Extra Space Place have been fine. I did deal with a rather difficult situation when I initially started using them a couple of years ago. Somebody had backed their car into my unit and crushed the door one weekend. There was no emergency contact and the door was bent to the extent of me not being able to get in. I had to get some tools to pry it open. After writing a long letter to the owner, Bill, he wrote a kind response back and completely rectified the situation. He also replaced the door. The situation was very frustrating at the time, though. They have emergency contacts now and the service has been good. more

Excellent service! 5/6/2014

I would recommend Extra Space Place! I've been using them for three years, and it's a clean facility. It seems like it's well protected, and I can usually get in touch with a person at the office during business hours if I need. They're very accommodating. One time, there was a leak in my unit, and they very quickly allowed me to move to another unit just two doors down. I wasn't happy with the leak, but I was glad they were able to get me into a new space. That was important to me. more

Extra Space Place is great because they always have someone there for you. They're quick and you never have to wait. The people are very friendly as well. I have a single storage with them there for work, and I've been using their services for about two years now. The location is very convenient for me and everything turns out well. more

More than satisfactory 3/11/2014

I was only in Extra Space Place for three or four months. I was just storing my daughter's furniture there as she was relocating. They have a truck you can borrow, which we did, and their units are climate controlled, the security is good. Overall, it was fine. more

Excellent 2/10/2014

This was my first time using Extra Space Place. They were conveniently located next door to the apartment I was moving out of. I had an issue with my bank which had shut down my credit card. I'd fallen behind on the rent for the storage shed and was worried it would be up for auction. I called Extra Space Place up and asked if I could come in the following weekend to take care of it and they said it was fine. more

Convenient location and good place for boat storage. 1/7/2014

I have been very satisfied with my experience with Extra Space Place. For the past year and a half, I have had my boat stored there. I also store other items in a separate unit. The location of the facility is very close to my house, so it's convenient for me. It has been a fine experience. more

Courteous and compassionate 1/2/2014

Extra Space Place had delightful customer service but they could have had better pricing. They have fixed rates and I just needed to rent storage for three months but there was no flexibility. I had a 26-foot boat and it would have been more convenient to have outdoor storage as well. more
