Extermco Pest Control has always been great. I have no complaints. We've used them for many years, since the early 1990s. They have always done our quarterly inspection and now they do the yearly termite inspection as well. They are always very accommodating with my schedule. Sometimes they come late in the day, after I get home from work. The service is excellent and they always ask me if I'm having problems with anything. They're just great! more

Gets the job done. Affordable. Demonstrations and educational part at no charge. 1/29/2013

We've used Extermco's service off and on for years. Just recently, Justin came out and did a demonstration on how to get bedbugs out. It's expensive to spray for those, but he took the time out of his schedule to show what they are, how to treat them, and how we could take care of it on our own. It took about an hour and a half of his time, but he didn't charge us for it. We've used them forever, but the most memorable thing was this demonstration. It's the special attention that he gives you that's the big that's helped me. When they spray for bugs, I can see that we're getting somewhere. more

Very considerate! 1/21/2013

I am most impressed by the care and consideration for all my property... They never block my driveway, they always put on shoe covers upon entering my house. They always ask how I am personally and if I have had any issues since they were here last. more

The first time I called Extermco Pest Control, I had a problem, and they came out, treated it, and it went away. It came back, so they retreated it, and I haven't had a problem since. So, they took care of it. more

Fantastic company! 10/29/2012

I've only been using Extermco Pest Control for about 6-8 months now. I first called them because I started seeing their trucks around with the awesome bugs on them. Extermco has been fantastic so far! I'm a Real Estate Agent and whenever I call them out for a termite infestation, they are out here within an hour. Their customer service is great. They work really fast and are very efficient. Also, they are competitively priced. I will most definitely continue to use their services and recommend them to others. They were very professional. They were kind and considerate about the area we were doing. The workers were very explanatory about what they were going to do, and after the job was completed they showed us what they did. It was a very good experience for us. more

Every time I have Extermco Pest Control come out and spray, I have no more problems with spiders. If we ever have an issue, we call Extermco Pest Control. Larry is the one that usually helps us. He has been coming out for about a year and a half now, and he is really great. more

The best company I have used. 7/13/2012

I have a daughter staying at my house who is critically ill with respiratory trouble. Extermco Pest Control mixes certain chemicals that are not as strong smelling to spray my house so that it won't effect my daughter. They go out of their way to make sure the chemicals won't hurt her but will work for the house. I feel that really is above and beyond what most would do. They also work with me for timing, making sure that they come out when it is most convenient for us. They are wonderful. I have been using them for at least 4 or 5 years, and I think they are the best company around here. They are certainly the best ones I have ever used. How they treat my daughter and me really means a lot. more

Extermco Pest Control is very detailed. They always work a long time when they are here; they don't come over and go over everything really quickly. They are efficient, and when they do spray, it helps get rid of the scorpions. more

When I move to Oklahoma, I'll be taking my pest control people with me! 3/8/2012

I've been using Extermco Pest Control for about two years now. I've never had a speck of trouble with them. Whenever there are signs of bugs or mice, I only have to pick up the phone and they'll be right here. I used to have them spray my house every month, but they were able to get the pests under control, so then I had them come out every 3 months and that's the way it has been. They do such a good job and are truly good people who have always been very good to me. I am happy to recommend such a great company to anybody looking! I am very happy with the people that come here to do the work, and with the price they charge. I'm so happy, I don't want to leave them! But, I will be moving to Oklahoma soon and asked them if they will follow me there. They told me they will, and that they do travel there too, so I'm happy to say that when I leave, I'll be taking my pest control people with me! more

We've been using Extermco Pest Control service to treat for termites for about 10 years now. We have a contract with them. Recently, we had issues with centipedes and scorpions and Extermco came out and we haven't seen any of those things since that month! We will definitely continue using their service and would highly recommend them to anybody! more

Always willing to help. 2/24/2012

At first, Extermco Pest Control was really good. The tech would come and spend lots of time with us, and he was friendly and thorough. He always made sure he hit all the spots he needed to hit. But whenever they switched their technicians, I think the original guy retired or moved on, it became a little less personal. The whole thing was a little more of a do your job and get out ordeal. Justin did make it right, though. He personally came out and sprayed our yard for us and put my faith back in the company. I should also note that when we moved, they said they would waive the initiation fee and gave us the monthly special because I had been a customer of theirs for a long time. more

The best company I've ever used for anything! 12/15/2011

I called Extermco Pest Control in a panic. I didn't know what to do. I was in tough situation. They came in and it was like johnny-on-the-spot, they got it all taken care of! I got my house back, it was livable again. I also trust the people they sent out with my kids and plan on using them every time something like this happens. more
